Property Ratings at Prose Desert River
The apartments are beautiful inside. The kitchen is well done. Plenty of cabinets and stone counters. The fridge has a water and ice dispenser. It's full size. By far the nicest I've seen. The sink has a pot filler faucet with a large sink. In unit washer and dryer. 9ft ceilings make it feel so spacious. The bathroom is huge. I even had to order a 78 inch tall shower curtain. The HVAC is the quietest I've ever heard! There are lots of parking options. Assigned covered and uncovered and even garages. There is a good size dog park that I see residents actually using. The city has a paved bike/walking trail accessible through the gate at the back of the complex. Everything is gated. The unit doors are all double dead bolts and we'll lit. The trash areas are well designed. There is a package locker. The area is great with endless dining and shopping close by. The staff has always been friendly and quick to help me when needed.
A beautiful complex that has a very neighborly feel about it.

I absolutely love living here. It has been an amazing couple months. Front office is amazing, they are very friendly and always have a smile on their face. The apartment is beautiful and spacious. The pool is very nice, I love grilling by the pool. 10/10 would recommend living here!

Found these beautiful apartments while searching online. While browsing the website, the interior of the apartments caught my eye. I really like the cupboards and hardware combination. It was extremely easy to schedule a tour. During my tour, I was thoroughly explained and described the amenities, rules, application process, move in details, etc. After my tour, they were prompt with communication responses with my questions. I’d highly recommend these apartments, they made the process so much less stressful than my previous moves.

Me & My husband were moved in the same month as there grand opening and we have been truly satisfied and happy with our choice to live at Prose ever since! Gorgeous open floor plan and great color schemes. I adore the sunset views from the gym & pool area! We use the grills very often as well! Will be renewing our lease!

Not the greatest move-in experience I’ve had rate 2/5. No hot water in the apartment. The issue was finally resolved after 15 days, but the lack of communication from the property manager and his lack of accountability gave me a bitter taste and will not be renewing my lease unfortunately.
