Property Ratings at Prose Hardy Yards
I do really enjoy living here so far. It's a great price, in a great area, I feel like I can get to any part of Houston in a decent amount of time. The community is pretty respectful of quiet hours, and if they aren't, management takes your concerns seriously and will actually do something about it. The staff are all super nice.
My experience at Prose Hardy Yards has been excellent, the processes was quick and easy with my busy schedule and the community is great.
It’s been about a week that I’ve moved into the complex. Front office staff was very helpful and easy to talk to. So far I haven’t had issues, any maintenance requests were answered and fixed within a day. Missed calls were returned. So far I am glad that I chose this stay.
It’s very loud with the train and thin walls and floors. Management is useless. Safety is their least concern and resident satisfaction of equal to no concern. Cars get broken into on the regular. Prepare to be locked out.locked out the gate and locked out of your apartment because “things happen.” The basic necessities seem optional here but they do want the rent on time and will continue to get reminders and threats no matter if you’ve paid or not. This is the worst Greystar property I’ve ever stayed at. Faith is lost. This is definitely a FAIL. It’s not worth it.
Headed to work this morning. Got down to my car and my window was busted out. Everything taken out.I was parked right in front of the leasing office near the residence walk in entrance. Went to the office after getting my car fixed to see if they have any cameras that possibly could’ve caught something. No cameras, of course. The lady in the office told me that they had known my car was broken into the day before and the manager was supposed to call me. No one ever called. The lady then blamed me for parking in front of the residence access gate, again, right in front of the leasing office. I posted on the community board to let other residents know not to park there overnight because my car was broken into and there are no cameras. Found out that the office has to approve any messages posted on there and of course they rejected because the lady I spoke to denied it. THEN she called me and blamed me for not putting my car information on the application. I checked the application and the lease, of course nowhere on there does it ask for vehicle information. Somehow they have my partner’s vehicle information on file but they don’t have mine, even though we did all of our stuff together, got the keys and gate fobs together and I had to sign for a vehicle key fob to access the gate. Don’t move here. How do you blame someone for getting their car broken into?!?
Bad management. Bad maintenance. Have people mowing the lawn on the weekend at 7am.
We love Prose Hardy yards! Clean, friendly management, exceptional amenities. It's a place my wife and I call "home"!
Touring, applying and moving in was seamless. The community is so welcoming and kept clean. The amenities are a huge plus and staff is super responsive and helpful.
I love my brand-new apartment. Everything is the way I expected it based on the photos and videos. The location is very accessible to commute for work and just a few minutes to downtown. I also like the fact that it is in a quiet area.
In the 4 months I have lived at Prose Hardy Yards, I have had my catalytic converter stolen, and this past weekend my truck was stolen. The management team was not a pleasure to work through either situation with. The leasing team touts about the in depth security measures they have, and are putting in place when you tour. In reality they claim to not have seen my truck leave the parking lot, and the contract states they aren't responsible for providing so much as a security camera. Writing this review so others aren't put in the same situation. Amenities are great, but security should be better prioritized.
Great community, with beautiful amenities and great floor plans. The staff has been kind and so friendly since I toured this community
