Avenida Guadalupe begins along I-35 and extends westward to South Zarzamora Street. The Apache Creek and Trail pass through the center of Avenida Guadalupe, and several parks provide additional outdoor space. The picturesque Cassiano Park includes a swimming pool and a trailhead for hikers.

The manager Brianna is very kind and helpful. The maintenance man is very hard working.

Living Conditions and Management
This is a senior citizen community. I've lived here for over 13 years and after the first manager/owner from 2010-2013, all management companies have been getting increasingly worse. Outside and inside has not been cleaned for many years. Homeless, sleeping in the building, no security. Too many service animals, roaches, inadequate pest control, smoking indoors, poor, inadequate maintenance. Poor relations with on-site managers.
