Property Ratings at Prospect Hills
They have done maintenance with less then a weeks notice that lasted for months, and they have also just barged into my apartment when the door wasn't opened claiming the left a note that I never received, they also were going to try and break my chain to get and then told me my apartment is unacceptable about how unclean it was, is a mess but there is no reason for them to say that. They are rude not formal at all and don't know how to properly manage a apartment complex
It is a nice, quiet area that is within walking distance of the main street and a short drive to the shopping areas of town. I lived here for 3 years and any problems that I experienced were addressed. They do routine maintenance and notify you ahead of time. The apartments are spacious and the utilities costs are low. It is across the street from a nice cemetery and down the road from a walking trail. The neighbors were for the most part quiet and there were hardly any large, loud parties in the complex. If I ever moved back to this area I would move back to this apartment complex in a heartbeat. Three things to note: The garage doors are loud, so expect to hear them if you are in a unit above one. The laundry rooms can get crowded during the hours straight after a normal work day. Sometimes the parking can get crowded and there are no designated spots unless you pay for a garage.
Worst place we have ever lived, Our air conditioner broke at some point and maintanance took forever to "fix" it, when they did it was only fixed for a couple days before it broke again. This happened several times. If took us calling corporate for them to even have somone sent in to look at the unit outside. For several weeks in the summer we had no AC and were told that it was "because we didnt change the filter" when we did change it like clockwork every month. We also had a mold outbreak in all our walls and ceilings after they installed a new roof and the nails were driven too far in and broke through our ceilings inside the apartment. Maintanance was called for this as well and we were told "it's not mold" when there CLEARLY was mold on many surfaces and a smell coming from outlets in our wall. A few weeks after that mishap they were a RAT infestation in all the walls, you could here them scurrying along all night and out neighbor had them actually in her apartment. Maintance was called and nothing was done AGAIN. I can not warn you enough about this place. Do not live here! They put bandaides on problems that never get fixed.
The worst place to live in and waste your money . If your none smoker stay away from this place because You can smell your neighbor cigarettes smoke coming from the Vents and walls The management sucks .
It's ok not had many issues, but wish I could have a garage at no extra charge.
Good location close to many convenient locations. Comfortable setting with adequate amenities
