Renewing Lease
I love the location of my apartment, also really like the renovations. Maintenace is always very attentive if I ever need something looked at. Overall, very comfortable and satisfying experience.

Bed bug and roach issues
This is the worse apartment I have ever lived in. Complex has a bed bug and roach issue. The owner (John) does not care about his tenants, he only wants his money. In-addition, the complex has drug dealers selling drugs right in the parking lot. My girl friend left to complex to go back home and refused to come back. I found a new apartment and we are living together again. Don't waste your time with this complex.

My apt is not the best looking on the outside but beautiful on the inside the. Landlord is a godsent I lost my old place because of low pay he let me my mom move in with little money down my daughter is. In The army my mother is 84 thank god for John
