Property Ratings at Prospect on Central
1 have lived at Prospect on Central for 9 months, and it's absolutely wonderful! The location is amazing and the apartments are awesome. It is a quick and easy walk to downtown, union station, and any place in lohi (right around the corner from little man's ice cream :) ). The staff is friendly and very helpful with any requests. I would recommend prospect for anyone looking to live in Lohi!
I have lived here for 2 years now and absolutely love it! Perfectly situated to great food and drink. Small community with great staff and amenities. Short walk to Coors Field, Union Station, and 16th street mall. Extremely affordable and pet friendly, what else is there to want?!
I have lived at the Prospect on Central for over 18 months and I have nothing but high praise for the management and operations of the building. Every request and/or issue is handled extremely promptly and furthermore, it is done with a big smile which is awesome. You can not beat this location and the friendly ambiance provided by both management and fellow residents. I highly recommend this option to anyone looking for the perfect Lower Highlands apartment!
My wife and I have lived here for almost a year. The building is in a great location, with plenty of shops, restaurants and parks nearby. The apartment is excellent. Plenty of space, full sized kitchen, and a great master bedroom. There is also a parking garage, which is crucial in the LoHi neighborhood. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They are quick to respond to any requests. I love living here and would recommend this spot to anyone looking for an apartment in Denver.
I have lived here for 3 years and love the building, location, and people. The building is small and well taken care of. The residents are respectful of each other and the mutual spaces with no trash in the hallways, and no all night parties that keep the neighbors awake. Any issues that you might have will be taken care of very quickly with all maintenance requests being dealt with in 24 hours or less on average. The building managers is quick to respond to e-mails you send and I have only had an issue with my parking spot once (which was easily fixed by finding the employee at one of the local shops and having them move their car). There are a lot of great restaurants and shops around as well which is great for walking to whatever you need!
I've been living at Prospect on Central for about 4 months now, and I love it so far. The Highlands are a pricey area, but I was lucky to come across the last studio available here because for their price (less or the same as others), the complex is much nicer, quiet, and an overall great place to live. Angela (manager) is seriously great and takes care of you whether you have a ton of stupid questions (like I did) or need anything else. I've only had to submit one maintenance request, but it was done in a timely manner and they were very good about communicating with me since I couldn't be there to make sure my cats were okay. Angela also plans resident happy hours which is really cool, as well as having competitions to win things such as sports tickets. Apartments can be loud, but these ones aren't, or maybe it's because people are always out and about since the location is great! I love just being about to walk downtown or even enjoy the good food in the Highlands itself. Union Station is a 20 min walk away which is great, because I take trips a lot so not having to drive and park to the airport is nice. The RTD to the airport is super easy and cheap. There's a nice courtyard with a view of the city, as well as a salt water hot tub. Again, everything is well taken care of and very clean in all the common areas. The gym is small but better than nothing, and residents definitely take care of cleaning that after using it. Overall, its an amazing place to live! I had such a hard time finding a place when I moved here back in November but am so thankful I came across this. On the day I toured it, I ran into the owner of the complex (who I thought was a resident) and asked how it was living here. She said she actually lives her herself, so I thought that spoke a lot to how much she cares about the complex, the residents, and making sure everything is running smoothly.
Prospect on Central is situated in the perfect location. There are tons of restaurants all around Lohi all within walking distance, and you can take the pedestrian bridge right to the downtown Union Station area for even more shops and restaurants. Also, the Cherry Creek trail is right outside your door. Having a parking garage is awesome in the winter. The apartments are new construction so electricity bills are SO cheap and you don't have to deal with things breaking down and needing to be repaired. Maintenance will sometimes show up at my door 15 minutes after I put in a request, so you never have to worry about waiting an inordinate amount of time for things to get fixed. I would highly recommend living here.
My fiance and I have been living here for about 6 months. The location is amazing, close to tons of bars ans restaurants. The staff is fantastic, any issues we have are fixed quickly.
I've lived at Prospect for almost two years and it's been wonderful! The walkability of the LoHi location is incredible. The building amenities are great. The Management team is always very accomidating and easy to work with - they pride themselves on building a sense of community through monthly events for tenants. Maintenance is always prompt to fix any issues, and they keep the building in great shape. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else!
The building is always impeccably clean - the lobbies, stair cases, and elevators. The residents of the building are very respectful and everyone tends to be pretty quiet (plus there must be great insulation), even on the weekends. In the rare case that something has broken, maintenance arrives the same day and fixes it. It's evident that the management and owners take pride in this building; it's so well taken care-of.
I have lived here for several years, and have to say that the staff is great, the apartment is clean and appliances are updated. The only downfall is that you can sometimes here the person above you. The owners are generous, and there are monthly happy hours for residents as well as events in the courtyard.
This apartment is in an amazing part of Denver, a very hip neighborhood known as Lohi. The rent is affordable respective to the area, and the building is quiet and tenants are respectful. Parking is included (garage) which is great. The cons would be there is no pool, although there is an outdoor patio with a grill and the leasing office is only open during normal business hours Monday-Friday which is annoying because I can never pick up my packages. They will drop them off if in your apartment if you specifically ask though. You can walk to restaurants, hip bars and happy hour spots, a park, and walk or free bus to downtown within 15 minutes.
