Property Ratings at Prospect Pointe Apartments
STEER CLEAR!!! These guys in the management are absolutely miserable! We went to go see the apartments and that guy was speaking to us in such a condescending, insulting, and angry way that my mother broke down in tears after the visit. The place is dirty, the apartments are small, it's overpriced for what it is, it does not look well maintained. Worst of all these guys act like they are better than you and seem like the kind of management that will give you trouble and act like they own you once you're moved in. You're better off looking elsewhere! I'd rather sleep in my car than do business with these people!
The landlord is rude one day I was sleep and someone walked in my apartment the hallways smell and are dusty I had a bad time here I was told I would have a new stove that never happened and my cabinet was taped to the back I don't know if anyone else had a problem but I did I actually never met the land lord but when I talk to him over the phone he was very rude
