Property Ratings at Prospect Terrace Apartments
It can be much cleaner outside, and inside! Alot of mice and roaches! No hot water! Heat problems! It's alot of stuff with that place! Don't spend your rent money there!
Horrible a nightmare. No heat or hot water all year long. Nasty and unprofessional office people. Mold and besmites all over. Parking lot falling apart. Buildings inside dirty and the outside too. Owners do not spend a dime to fix apartments.
Poor service no heat or hot water. Bedmites and mold everywhere. Parking lot garages are falling apart. Outside of building dirty as well as the inside. Office people suck!!! Wish could rate this -5 stars
