Its been 10 days I moved into this community. I liked the ambience of the community. Apartment is spacious and with all amenities. Very clean and neat. Maintenance is also good so far. Nice location near to all stores and school. But bus stop is very far and difficult to walk in sun and chill weather. Hope if the bus stop is near leasing office.

I definitely wouldn’t recommend that anybody lives in this community prosper crossing as it performances very low. Save your money there’s better apartments in the community and you probably could rent a house for what we pay.

Beautiful community and beautiful area to live in. Apartments are new but maintenance needs to keep up with scheduled issues like AC coolants and filters. They're quick to respond to maintenance emergencies calls but issue resolution can take time from 2 hours to 3 days. Main office staff is helpful as well but communication can be improved. Not sure if voicemails ever go through. You have to go to the office or call them for everything but vm is not a good option. Overall a good experience. I can give this place 4 star.

Staff is neither efficient nor courteous. Very manipulative. You need to stand your ground or else they will try to put you down with any non sense reason or excuse. Made a big mistake signing up a lease here.

A beautiful property, but man, the experience was rough. Let's just dive into it because honestly, it's a mess. We only needed the place for a month, however, they only do a minimum of three months. No worries, we stretched our budget to make it happen. We signed the lease on a Sunday, and it was like a ghost town there—just one employee, systems were down, and they even forget to put my wife and kids on the lease. Major headache, especially with school registration stuff. Then, they didn’t tell us how to pay the rent. Turns out it's through some random rewards app and they only tell us about it after they slapped us with a $300 late fee. They have a secure package delivery process, but they didn’t set us up. So instead packages got dropped off en masse in the mail room and were quickly stolen. The leasing agent told us to call them 60 days prior to our lease end date to notify that we won’t be extending, which we do. A few days before our lease is up, they hit us with a "gotcha!" because it wasn't in writing despite being directed to by the leasing agent. So, they extend our lease and we ultimately end up paying $3000 more than we agreed to originally. Looking back, the pattern of miscommunication and non-communication is clear, but we naively trusted that they would look out for us. Advice to anyone looking to rent here: Accept that you’ll need to do a lot of proactive follow-up. They’re difficult to get ahold of, so carve out plenty of time early on to make sure you get all the answers you need. If they tell you they’ll get back to you on something: document it and let them know you’re documenting your requests. Review your lease info in detail. They’ll try to skim through it with you, but make sure you’re aware of any differences between what they’re telling you and what’s in the lease. Good luck! With some extra effort you might end up liking the place.

This community is wonderful! The staff is so kind and helpful, the residents are friendly, and the property is gorgeous! I signed a lease and moved in within 24 hours.
