My husband and I have lived at Prosper Place for about 9 months, and we have loved it! The neighbors are quiet and respectful, and the amenities are always in good condition. Prosper Place is a beautiful place to live, with great amenities! The pool that is open all year round is good. Weights and machines are provided in the gym area for convenient work outs at home. The community is beautifully landscaped and is kept clean! It is so nice!

Prosper Place has been everything we needed. Zack has helped us out tremendously. Even going out of his way to show us all the other units so we knew exactly which one suits us the best. He had all the answers for our off the wall questions and has made the move in process super easy. Maintenance has been a huge help fixing some small things in the apartment to make life a breeze. Super polite and know what they are doing.
We are barely moved in, but we have yet to live in a place as efficient and with as kind of management as Prosper Place. We plan to stay for a while!
It's been unsanitary and unpleasantly surprising in several regards. Property management is ruthless in upholding ever rule they can on their end yet does not respect resident rights. I came from Chicago looking forward to the gorgeous pool pictured on the website homepage only to learn that it had been closed down for months prior to move in after the health department deemed it unsafe and is still not open.
I'm really wondering how they have a "5 star blended review" when the actual reviews are 1-2 stars. But anyway, today maintenance came to enter my apartment and I didn't receive a 24 hour notice as they are required to send per the lease. The manager confirmed an email was sent notifying tenants and that I was not on the recipient list. She provided no explanation as to why or how this would be remedied in the future. So apparently they believe they can enter your home at any time, whether or not they sent you notice of it - a lease violation on their part. I'm completely appalled.
Upside: The curb appeal is pretty good in the warmer months. The units are clean and look nice, updated kitchens, w/d in the unit is crucial to me. Neighbors are friendly and quiet, mostly, although I think a moose lives in the unit above.. Maintenance staff is responsive, professional and they seem to do a pretty good job, for the most part. Office staff are courteous and professional as well. Downside: $15.00 a month to park in my own uncovered, undesignated parking spot. That's not cool at all. Maybe if it was covered, designated and maybe if the parking lot was maintained (plowed) during winter months. If I didn't have a high clearance vehicle with 4x4, there was a week or two where I wonder if I could've left home at all. Lastly, one word. Garbage. Lord, does it pile up.. furniture, large chunks of whatever piled up outside of the dumpster. I guess that's part of apartment living.. but Moses! Its very unattractive, and embarrassing when I have guests. Staircases are in need of serious repair. I realize rent is going up everywhere, but I already pay a LOT of money to live here, and I expect better for my money.
Me and my partner currently live here and when it was taken over by Greystar everything went down hill. They will nickle and dime you to death for EVERYTHING. We pay for trash removal but they don't come most of the time and they threaten to fine you if your garbage that has built up doesn't fit in the small trash can they give you to leave it outside. They charge 15 dollars per car for noncovered, open parking. They will tow your car if you accidentally mess up putting in the numbers for the parking pass THAT YOU PAY FOR. They don't clean the snow on the sidewalks or the parking lot in a timely manner. They charge you nearly 100's per month in "shared space utilities" even though they haven't had a working locker system for mail in months. They do the bare minimum in maintenance and you will have to call multiple times to get anything taken care of.
Maintenance staff is great but is clearly under staffed with the amount of residents the property houses.

I fell in love with the redesigned units and the well landscaped property. It’s very quiet overall. The staff has always been friendly and accommodating.
I wouldn’t recommend looking into these apartments. I have lived here for 3 years and it used to be great living here until Greystar took over and they constantly have new staff in their office that every time I would call in for an issue in our apartment each staff would have no idea of what I was talking about after speaking to 2 other staff members about my issue. These people do not care about their residents and have never made an effort to try and fix your problems.

I would give this place about a 2 out of 5. And the only reason why it’s getting a 2 is because I love the location, amenities, and my actual physical apartment. But communication is terrible, as well as parking and grounds keeping.
I would not recommend this property management. I have lived here 5 years and have never had a problem until Prosper Place took over. Very unprofessional and very unorganized.
Expensive small apartments, many other expenses, allow to many animals in one apartment and damage to vehicles.

Do not love here. It was a terrible experience. The staff was not helpful, and no one ever communicates with residents unless there are community wide changes. Even then, you get an email with less than 24 hours notice.

They do not clean up the property, do not remove snow in a timely manner, have no sense of urgency for their residents and all around lack integrity. If there is one thing to take away from this review-RUN! don't give them your money, your time, or a second thought.
1.) no pool (ducks in it All the time!) 2.) no hot tub ( green algae) 3.) y’all don’t accept packages 4.) no community portal to talk with neighbors 5.) no community events 6.) no communication from staff ever 7.) icy roads and walk ways with no salt 8.) terrible maintenance staff 9.) $5/night parking at 7pm when you pay luxury prices is absurd and a money grab. Shame on you
Management appears to be undergoing a changeover which would suggest service and flow of the complex wasn't working prior. We initially had contact with one management member that appears to be no longer part of the team. If you have service/maintenance items needing to be addressed, expect to have to follow up multiple times to maybe get a response and completed service. Also, if it's an item that the Property Manager has to decide upon, expect that your answers/solutions will only come when she (Property Manager) is in office. Other managers may not be able to address your items based on level of decision making within the teams internal hierarchy. Still waiting on an item well over 48 hours with no contact since.

Prosper Place was better when it was not owned by a global, greedy conglomerate. I do not recommend anyone to live here.
The management team allowed us to finally see the 3-bedroom we wanted, which was a downgrade from our 2-bedroom due to the smaller kitchen and 1 bedroom. The main office assured us the place would be cleaned ASAP right after we moved in, but it took them a week to clean the house, 2 weeks to fix up our broken and gross blinds and anything else that wasn't working, and it's taking them 3 weeks and maybe up to 4 weeks soon to replace our disgusting stove that cannot be cleaned, cover up EXPOSED WIRES, and service our fireplace (which they don't even know how to do!!!). What was worse is that they wanted us to clean up the old tenants mess, and they declared our mailbox wasn't broken (it clearly is), and that they won't fix it. Also, when stated we needed our fireplace serviced, the maintenance guy simply stated "I can remove the glass so you can clean it yourself." So highly rude and infuriating that the new tenants (us) have to clean our old tenants mess?!? Who runs a place like this? If we could've seen this apartment more in-advance, and if we knew how much experience the newer management and maintenance team lacks, we would've 100% chosen a different apartment complex to move into. Now, based on a 12 month lease contract we are stuck here, and we are STILL waiting to have our stuff replaced and fixed. Do not come here... They lie to you about when they'll come down, and nobody knows what they're doing. Any good reviews have only been towards the previous management. Also, nothing in the pictures provided (including the stove and fireplace) have been fixed... they still look this disgusting and broken, and we, the new tenants, have to deal with it. Absolutely awful.
Avoid Greystar. Worst management ever. Zero communication, they don’t respond to your emails or return your phone calls. All of our amenities are closed without telling us why. Packages have been thrown out by leasing staff because it’s “not their responsibility”. We had a locker system and of course it’s “not working”. They are charging for parking along with guest parking. We have plenty of parking spots. Sucks to see our complex go down hill since Greystar took over in Oct 2021
Ever since Greystar has taken over ownership, management has snowballed downhill towards disaster. What once made this a luxurious complex no longer exists - maintenance does not respect your privacy and the office will not honor call backs. Mail went missing and was thrown out by office workers, according to a gentleman at the front desk. The doggie bags around the area are never stocked and the waste overflows. The doggie play area has not been cleaned or maintained since this company took over. Do not rent an apartment here, and I would avoid Greystar all together as they do own several complexes in the area. I lived in an Aurora slum for 2 years and Id rather move back there than sign another lease at this overpriced and under-managed apartment complex. I urge you, do not waste your time and money on a housing company that does not care about your most basic needs, let alone your well-being.
The grounds are always well maintained. Dog stations always have the clean up baggies. The office is friendly and the maintenance staff really seems to be on top of it. I had no issues with my move in.
New management company is terrible. Not communicating, new portal looks like it was made in 1999, pool/hot tub has been broken for 6 weeks with no ETA on fix. No idea about leases, raised rent prices hundreds of dollars, charge random fees and can't explain what they are!!! Be warned.
Awesome experience with LeeAnn, and several employees in the office. Faced with a job relocation and knew it was going to be a challenge! From prompt communication answering all questions via email and phone. To recording custom video tours of the exact units, following up with pricing Q&A throughly. Great location 25 minutes outside of Downtown Denver and a good look and lease deal. Fantastic experience thus far, can't wait to get up and get into the unit, update to come. Everything looks good from the outside, but when you move into the complex you will find a complex full of thin walls and rats. If you go outside between the hours of 7pm-7am there is an 80% chance you will see a rat, whether if it's dead or alive. I actually got a picture of one of the rats, but this site doesn't provide an option to post one. Fueling the rat infestation? A mandatory $30/month valet trash service that they slip into the rental agreement on day of signing. Due to residents not following the service correctly, bags of trash are left outside of apartments for hours and rats couldn't be happier. When bringing up this issue, along with any other issues you may have while being a resident, to management, you will find a complete lack of ownership. For valet trash, they say it's a policy of their parent company and they can't change it. If something happens to your vehicle, they will blame the owners rather than them not wanting to pay for cameras. If your car gets booted because your pass is too flimsy and fell off the rearview, they will say that they can't help with the $90 charge and that can only be handled by the booting company - the one that they contract. The parent company does a great job of portraying a good place to live, but management fails to show any care for their residents at every test.

Valet waste is a service that was introduced because it helps to maintain the cleanliness of the community, provides ease of trash removal for our residents, and promotes recycling. In the past few years of utilizing valet waste, we've seen this service greatly benefit our community and residents love the process and convenience. However, should you experience any issues with the service, please let us know. We are always here to help. We are sorry to hear of your experience with our parking process. We have a parking pass system so that we are able to provide the most convenient parking for our residents. We have lived here for about 3 years now and had nothing but great things to say, until Griffis took over the property. Within only a few months of Griffis taking over the property has done a 360 on everything. The motto of Griffis is "It's all about you" they just forgot, 're money, at the end. The management team is very uncaring and unhelpful unless it has anything to do with getting rent from tenants. They are very unwilling to work around anyone's schedule when they need to enter your apartment, which has been about 6 times in a matter of months. Any maintenance needed in your apartment even when it comes down to having hot water is done on their time, which could be awhile. There has been renovations around the complex like new gym, pool furniture, repainting exteriors and renovating units. While these sound great they have been completely ignoring the mess on the property. The grounds are always a mess with trash, dog poop, and lawn debris. The pool is rarely cleaned properly making it unappealing to swim in most days. There are several maintenance employees that you'll see wandering the property and wonder, what do they actually do? The new units being renovated have linoleum flooring which significantly increases the sound from units above. Recently had a night where the walls and ceiling were shaking from the amount of noise coming from upstairs around midnight. Tried to put in a nose complaint only to be told that unless I call their off-site security to investigate during the incident there is nothing they could do to help. Seriously, complete downgrade for quality of living in this place when you can't even stop the people upstairs from stomping around and slamming heavy objects on the floor, screaming at midnight. Save yourself the over priced rent and headache, go somewhere else.

this place is a SCAM! they never update the website, then charge you for the "'late fee" from them saying it will work tomorrow. then the next month, the website was up, but showed false numbers due, and then i received a letter saying i owed them once again. its 2017 and they have gone through 4 management groups bc of people like this. jared G is the manager involved and i have never been treated with more disrespect. the maintenance workers are all alcoholics and leave empty bottles everywhere! DO NOT RENT HERE! THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU AND CHARGE YOU INSANE AMOUNTS OF MONEY WHILE GIVING AURORA QUALITY LIVING
This place has now been through 3 management companies and a new owner in less than 3 years. they are TERRIBLE about handling any issues, the trash guys harass people and never do their job. since the new owners took over on the 1, i haven't been able to get the new terrible website to work to pay online (its 2017 people) for almost a week. its the 6 today, and when i went out of my way to go into the office i was treated very unprofessional and was basically blamed for their website issues. i REFUSE to pay a late fee due to their lack of technology. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE NO MATTER WHAT THEY SAY
I have lived here several years to see it change from management companies. The latest during this summer (2016) was just amazing so many issues have actually been resolved every thing that comes up is taken care off. If I have a question and they need to get back to me on it they actually do ! I am glad this crew actually knows what they are doing from the office to guys who fix things it is worth the money for a happy and peaceful home.
Our experience with Monterey Apartments has been nothing but fantastic in the two months that we have lived here. The office staff is very attentive and the grounds are always clean. Not only is our unit modern but it flows well and is very homey. Great experience with Monterey Apartments, thus far!
I have lived in the apartments for a long time. I have seen it change hands several times and it just did again a few months ago. It looks like the new company is going to do a pretty good job. The new staff is very friendly and they do their best to help with any trouble. They have fixed a bunch of issues that the last owners didn't and are claiming they will be doing more. The apartments are very nice and the site is usually quiet. The one major problem is parking, there is never enough. The maintenance staff are great and do good work when they fix something. This being in Colorado, the rent prices are high, but all housing is way too high in Colorado. The pool is well kept and they offer a gym and a computer room that residents can use for free. All in all, not a bad place to live and I know this is true as I have been here so long and have no intention of moving any time soon.
