The maintenance and concierge staff are the BEST! They are Always kind, friendly, and helpful. The common areas could use some updates and I wish the coffee machine tasted better. I also wish there were snacks in the common areas.

Living at Proto has been a great experience! The staff is always friendly and available when needed. The maintenance staff comes quickly when I have a service request. The neighborhood keeps evolving. So many nice restaurants have opened, and the kayaking is so much fun! There is so much to do here, and Beacon Hill is just s short walk over the bridge. I just love it!

Proto, where I've resided for the past eight months, is a very high-end complex. One of the best features I can highlight is the location. Proto sits across Starbucks from almost everything in downtown Boston and is surrounded by a few restaurants? From Kendall Square station, I'd think it's around a one-minute walk. The management team, as well as the rest of the personnel, are all quite pleasant.

Living at Proto has been a very exciting experience. I have lived here for almost 3 years now and I love all of the local shops and restaurants. I also enjoy the fact that Proto is in very short walking distance of the Kendall MBTA Redline and only steps away from the local MBTA buses/shuttle buses. The entire staff at Proto are always very helpful and friendly. The building is always kept very clean and in great condition. In addition, I enjoy the amenities and the fun events planned by management. Overall, it's the best place I have ever lived.

The apartment and its amenities are top notch, and the staff are friendly and helpful. I love that there is a mailroom system for you to pick up your packages securely, and that there are fridges available for cooking deliveries like Blue Apron. The events are fun and engaging as well. Proto is a very friendly and convenient place to live. The staff is amazing! "These are great apartments in a great area, right in Kendall Square, there are so many things that you have access to. The Aparments are well built and basically soundproof, I haven't had any complaints. The amenities are so nice as well.

Moved into apartment with broken washer, lights burned out, and dirty tops of cabinets. Construction noise would start early each morning. Due to covid, I had to move out before my lease term was up. Took stopping into the leasing office 4 times and 2 emails to get my notice to move out added to my account. Confirmed final move out payment would be my last payment several times before leaving, then was charged again after I left.

Porto is a great place to live. Not only is the property like living in a luxury hotel. But the staff is wonderful! Its also the perfect mix of city living and small town feel with the proximity to shops, restaurants and little boutiques. We are very happy here!

Clean and modern building with quality construction, active and respectful community, friendly and responsive management, thoughtful amenities, perched on top of craft beer and artisan coffee, a short walk to the river and high quality restaurants. What more could you ask for in an apartment community?
Proto is a great place to live. I enjoy the fact that it is in walking distance from the MBTA, it has great restaurants/stores near by, the amentities are amazing and the community is friendly.
Great staff and excellent customer relations. Location is close to MIT and close to the T line which might be very useful for Harvard students or affiliates.Great amenities and very new.

Proto is a true gem! Great location, good services and amenities and warm staff. Price is competitive and overall look and feel is modern, well thought-out and carefully executed.
