Property Ratings at Provenance at Polaris
An apartment community that is top notch, professional staff and maintenance that is always there when you need it. I highly recommend this apartment community , the apartments are new and modern and the grounds are beautifully kept. Proud to call this place home!
Management is rude and doesn’t respond to resident calls and emails. Maintenance doesn’t know how to fix simple issues. I recently had a work order and they have been out 3 times and the issue still isn’t resolved. My neighbors has issues with bug infestation. Parking is terrible so if you arrive home in the evening and don’t have a garage, don’t expect a parking spot near your apartment. There has been lots of vandalism in the community clubhouse and management isn’t doing anything to improve security.

The security gate has been broke since July . It is a serious issue as I leave for work at 4:30am and it needs to be fixed it is an amenity ive called new property manager several times, stopped by. Email and I have never received a date as to when this will be fixed. If security and privacy is an issue so not rent here. Neighbors dogs bark all night early morning 4-5 am. Door slamming is the norm here. People talk on speaker phone at 5 am in hallways no care about others sleeping. God forbid u live over a garage and have someone who goes in and out day long and then de wife’s to park in parking lot taking up space . Broke cars are not towed .
My experience at Tapestry Park Polaris was absolutely horrific and I highly recommend looking elsewhere. There are so many hidden fees it is absolutely unacceptable. This place is a huge rip-off - do not rent from Tapestry Park Polaris!
Apartments are modern and attractive with the hard floors, but if you don’t live on the top floor, it’s very loud from neighbors above. Complex is VERY inconvenient to receive food or package deliveries, have friends visit etc. numbers on buildings aren’t clear and confusing. No one can ever find my apartment. Instead of FIXING that problem, they created a group noting “since people have problems getting others packages”. HOW ABOUT FIX THE SIGNAGE, TAPESTRY? All and all the apartments are okay. We’ve had minimal issues with our actual apartment, appliances are nice, spacious, & conveniently located. Maintenance is friendly & always gets to us in a timely manor.
