Provence at Valencia is a great place to live!
I moved into Provence at Valencia this year after looking at many other apartments. By far the best apartment in the area! A very nice, gated community that is quiet and clean. I ended up picking The Provence floor plan, and it's perfect for me. The inside of the apt is very roomy and nicely designed, with an in-unit washer/dryer and central air that works great! Plenty of other good amenities including a big pool and a 24-hour gym. The staff here is also amazing! Everyone is extremely nice and helpful. Kristina gave me tour of several different apartments and made the move in process as easy as possible. I look forward to staying here for many years!

First apartment experience moving in without roommates. They had previously taken care of all the admin side of things so I was pretty new to the whole experience. Kristina made it very quick and easy to go through the leasing process. As well as being knowledgeable about the area and the property. Overall, this complex is so much better than my previous apartment. Looking forward to staying for a while and enjoying my new home!

Very quiet, clean and well kept community with a lot of green. It has proven to be safe for me, and it is close to shopping centers and stores. The interior is well designed and comfortable. The management and maintenance staff are responsive and friendly.

Nuestra estadía en Provence at Valencia ha sido muy placentera. La comunidad (vecinos) son bastante respetuosos y tanto el grupo administrativo como el de mantenimiento son proactivos y amables. La zonas comunes siempre están bien mantenidas y la zona social (piscina y gimnasio) son bastante agradables. This place is amazing!
I've lived at Provence at Valencia for a little over a year, and I can honestly say I never want to leave. The grounds are well kept, the maintenance team is knowledgeable, reliable, and and respectful, and the office staff is top notch. I recently resigned my lease with the help of the Sr. Community Manager, Tabitha, and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. She's always looking out for the residents and their pets, runs the property like it's her own, and is one of the many reasons I highly recommend Provence at Valencia to those who are looking for a community to call their home.

Provence of Valencia is a great safe place to live with a Staff that is very engaged with the community and very nice. Great place to live for any age. My preference was not to be in a 55 as I like the families, kids, and pets to be around. It's like living in a village and it feels very safe.

Make sure you see the actual apartment that you are renting before you sign and the terms. The apartment and Community is very nice with garden plot for you but have a waiting list. The leasing staff are always professional and accommodating.

The Best !
Could not recommend Kristina and the team enough! We’ve just relocated to a larger unit after living at Provence for nearly three years. Kristina was so helpful , professional , patient and kind. She is super knowledgeable , answered a million questions, and went through various options to do everything she could to accommodate our needs. Provence is a really great community to live , the office and maintenance do an exceptional job to make it such a lovely place to call home.

It's a very nice place to live, just make sure you watch out for those "amazing rent deals" and include 10% rent increases in your budget for every lease renewal.

This is a awesome place to live. The biggest problem is after your lease ends there is no option to renew at a shorter term or renew on a month to month.

I moved into the Provence town home apartments in July of 2022. I could not be happier with the facility and all its offerings. The best part of move was how easy Kristina made the process to move in. She was very professional and extremely caring and made it fell like home. Couldn't be happier!
I have moved quite a number of times over the past several years and I have never had a smoother, more organized and efficient apartment application and move-in process than here at Provence. Kristina was always available and able to answer all of my questions. She is an excellent ambassador for the Greystar brand.

Truly surprised by the excellent management...
I sincerely appreciate the management staff at The Provence thus far. They worked with me to move in two weeks earlier than planned and, have continued to be pleasant and helpful! When I have seen them in passing, they ask how everything is going and whether I need anything. The maintenance staff is also pleasant and courteous. There was an issue impacting my disability and the maintenance supervisor mitigated it immediately. This Greystar management staff at this location appears exceptional.

Amazing community
I have lived in this community for 6 months and my family and I love it. The property and apartments are very attractive and family oriented. The leasing office and maintenance team are very professional and take care of all issues on a timely matter. If you are looking to move here I recommend to ask for Kristina, she’s very professional, friendly and is always happy to help. She made the moving process go smooth. Moving to this community was the best decision for my family.
