Located 25 miles north of Saint Petersburg and 13 miles southeast of Tampa, Carillon lies along the banks of Old Tampa Bay. Home to upscale shopping centers and apartments with amazing views of the bay, Carillon provides a relatively affordable setting to the denser sprawl to the north and west.
Being so close to Interstate 275 means residents can easily commute into Tampa or to Downtown Saint Petersburg, and Clearwater is just a 30-minute drive to the northwest. In town, Ulmerton Road houses chain restaurants and a few local eateries. The real draw of Carillon is the Feather Sound Country Club and Showtime Speedway, two popular destinations for golf lovers and car fanatics.

Property Ratings at Provenza at St. Pete
We have been dealing with an ongoing fly issue since March 2023 for a YEAR now, only to have them increase again and again. This is a building wide issue that has yet to be solved which is extremely surprising given the months on end to resolve this issue. This has put a mental and physical burden on us and I would never want someone to move in and deal with the situation we have had to deal with 24/7 for all these months. The neighbors leave their trash out during the day and throughout non pickup days. The valet trash you have to pay for also doesn't do pickup during scheduled time/days when they are supposed to. Raccoons have gotten into bins and ripped bags apart. Move here with extreme caution.

I lived here for 1 year... Let's see... Missing door knobs and cracked drywall on move in, sewage backup on the sidewalks, excessive leaves in the pool, paying amenity charges only to have them closed for half the year, the pool area floods when it rains (they tried to fix it, still a problem), parking is a nightmare, my room never got below 85° in the summer with the ac cranked, water heater the size of a 6 gallon air compressor, and the list goes on (for a 3b2b unit)... But worst of all, if the staff sees you performing any work/maintenance on your vehicle, you will be treated like a second-class citizen (garage or not). I tried to get a stereo working on a car that was purchased to be flipped. Being inside the car with the doors closed, not making any noise or disturbance was met with the property manager showing up and putting a stop to it. If you want to pay what they ask (which is absurd) and live in a place that treats it's residents like dollar signs and nothing more, you're in the right place! :)

Unfortunately I can only give one star to this “luxury complex” instead of 0, which isn’t what that states at all. I have had nothing but issues since I moved into my one bedroom apartment here from roaches spiders and ants crawling all over my walls and I mean all over hundreds of ants to the maintence and staff just being probably the laziest rudest people I have dealt with at an apartment complex. If you want something simple done around the residence prepare to wait awhile for maintence to even consider looking at the issue and when they do it doesn’t even get properly fixed because they have no idea what they are doing. Also I had a leak from the top all the way down to my apartment which common sense is to check the bottom floors which they never did and resulted in mold or as they called it “mildew” and was fixed by vacuuming up the water and bleaching the walls which is a hazard to whoever lives in these buildings and I mean bad mold that never got properly inspected and treated. The management is terrible and tries to nickel and dime you for every little thing. The amount of money that I spent here I should have been well taken care of and moved into a new unit and I wasn’t Instead they barely fix any problems or blame you for the issues happening until they find the real reason of why it was messed up. Stay away from azure apartments because for the money they charge it is not worth it at all in my opinion it is just an overpriced dump. What a joke of a complex the only good thing was nothing at all. If you love being falsely sold something then this is definitely the best place in town.

Consider moving to Azure if you want to be LIED to your face by leasing agents George and Charleen. Lease somewhere else if you want to be treated like a PERSON, instead of a dollar sign!
This place looks great, however like many below me have stated. There is a BIG parking issue after 8 pm. If you work later hours or just want to go out or even have family/friends over you're going to have a very hard time finding a parking spot. The only vacant spots are the handicap parking. Staff (Brett) told me "go ahead and park in the handicap spot, we don't tow you unless you've been in the spot for more than two days at a time" Completely false! I was towed 4:30 am on a Sunday & ended up paying a nice $150 fee. I go into the office to explain and the response I was given to park off the property if no park & walk. Really.... Structure paper thin so you hear everything & I mean everything... Gym is nice, but rarely stocked with sanitation wipes to clean the equipment & a/c is broken 2-3 times a month.

We appreciate your feedback. We do have a parking permit system in place which is regularly enforced in order to provide resident parking. Visitor parking is designated throughout the property with overflow parking available in front of the leasing office. Regarding the fitness center, we will be sure to have our service team monitor supplies more closely to be sure they stay properly stocked. We invite you to please contact our office directly to discuss any particular concerns and/or issues at 727-800-9804. Thank you very much.
I've lived here for over three years and this year has been a nightmare. The owners don't pick up after their dogs and the ones that do have to deal with overflowing dog waste receptacles. The trash compactor hardly works. People move and leave their whole apartment in or next to the compactor. Don't be surprised to find dirty mattresses or torn sofas next to the trash compactor when there is a sign that clearly states no large furniture. Parking is so bad it's comical. There are not enough spots for the number of apartments here. We did recently get designated visitor spots, but that took away from the already sparse parking situation. I'm leery to have guests over for fear of them not having somewhere to park. The walls are extremely thin for a "Luxury" apartment complex. Buyer beware! This complex was enjoyable at one point, but is now an embarrassment. I'm running for the hills after over three years of living here. Spend your money elsewhere.

This place is a lemon. Nice to look at, terrible to live in. The staff is a revolving door so don't expect any resolutions to any issues that you have. There aren't anywhere near enough parking spaces for a place this big. If you don't get home after 8pm expect to park somewhere other than where you live. Many people park here who don't live here. The complex fails to do anything about it. They've recommended parking outside of the gate at the leasing office or at the mailboxes. The gate is regularly broken. Almost always after first Fridays. Bags of trash are left out from Friday night to Sunday night because there is no trash pick up those days. Imagine the smell on a 90 degree day. There are more dogs than children and hardly any green areas. The residents here are as lazy as they come, you can do the math on that one. The trash compactor is routinely blocked by furniture and old mattresses. The trash cans near the mailboxes overflow daily. There's a good chance a racoon will open your trash can and rip the bag out of it. Floors are paper thin, I can hear my downstairs neighbors break up every weekend. I've had the police come to my door because my next door neighbor thought I was throwing a party. It was my downstairs neighbor! You could hear them through the shared wall. Went on for weeks, complaints left on my door on weekends I wasn't even at home. Only way my wife and I were able to clear our names was to bring a staff member over to our home during one of their shin digs to feel our floor shake. Up until then we were guilty in their eyes, didn't even get an apology. This place is a wreck. Don't waste your money here, there are too many other options. My wife and I are not renewing our lease and are purchasing our first home. If you took the time to read this review just know that it was heartfelt and I hope you don't make the mistake of living here like I did. I was a fool for staying as long as I did.

I've lived there since 2014. Since Greystar management took control, the apartments and customer service have gone down the drain. They don't attend to issues you're having with the apartment quickly or efficiently. There is NO parking after 7 pm even if you have a residents permit. Every year they have increased my rental price by nearly 5%, which they state matches the market(not true). I will not be resigning.

Please contact us directly at 727-800-9804 or via email at azure@greystar.com. We look forward to hearing from you.
I have been there since Jan 2015, and have been happy overall. The staff is amazing and very helpful. Sometimes you run into normal leasing issues (bugs, maintenance issues, etc.). The grounds are fabulous and well maintained. The only issue I ever had was with a neighbor, which has nothing to do with the property. I would recommend in a heartbeat.
We moved in recently and it's been pretty great so far. We take advantage of the free gas grills all the time! Our dog loves the dog park and our apartment is gorgeous. There are a couple downsides that keep them from the 5th star. Our apartment is above someone's garage so whenever the garage door is opening or closing its pretty loud and there's a little shaking in the living room. Also if you have a package delivered that doesn't go outside your door, or in the package box, they put it in the front office, and there's no communication that they have it. But overall it's a great place to live.
