I stayed there for a whole year. couldn’t wait till my lease was up to leave. Roaches. Everyday. no matter how much you clean and sanitized. they was always there. imagine waking up to baby roaches in your newborns bottles!!! My apartment got broken into twice in less than a month before my lease was up. cameras right outside the apartment didn’t even work!

The maintenance and the quality of manager has greatly improved in this place from the first time I moved into my apartment I have been greatly surprised and happy with the service response of the current staff they have now. They really care about what’s goes on here and takes actions of any issues. The maintenance works very hard.I do recommend this place.

Getting a place on your own is very scary but Cindy was so helpful and informative through out the process. She made sure I had no questions left. I moved in to a one bedroom that has a huge bedroom, I love that it comes with a washer and dryer connection.The community is very clean and quiet. I'm having a wonderful experience as a first time renter. Thanks Cindy!

I’ve lived here since January, i mostly work out of town so I’m not home a lot, in September we had a really bad storm and during that storm my unit began leaking. I wasn’t home at the tune but i came home to pieces of my ceiling on some of of my furniture. Mild has been growing on my ceiling as a result. I returned home about a week after the storm and reported the problem and also filed a claim with my insurance because of the contaminated furniture. After i filed the claim and reported the problem i received a phone call from the front office saying they’d fix the problem with the roof before fixing my ceiling. It has now been over 20 days and no one has done anything about it. The mold gas gotten worse and when we get heavy rain the ceiling leaks and drops more pieces from my ceiling. My unit smells like mold, i constantly have to leave windows open or burn candles to cover the smell. My insurance company was going to pay for the damaged furniture that was until they spoke to management whom told them that “nobody else has reported any leaks and the leak wasn’t due to the storm” so not only has my problem not been taken care of but now I’m stuck with contaminated furniture. I can’t even keep food in my apartment because roaches are so bad. I’ve sprayed so much raid over this year it’s unbelievable. It seems Luke they switch leasing agents and assistant managers like every month so I’m not too sure even the employees are happy here. I wouldn’t recommend living here unless you absolutely needed a apartment.

Been living here for 3 years and finally they have a great manager Cindy was really helpful when my car was towed and helped until it was released her and her staff are doing a great job I really recommend if you are looking to live in a place they care about us the renters. She has also opened up pool daily which is something my kids love previous years it was always close in the summer.

just moved in 1 month ago and main reason why I moved in here was due to friendly office staff last place I lived at staff was rude and manager was never in to attend customers my experience here has been so different and the manager Cindy really tries to keep everyone here happy and satisfied. Good job Cindy and team you all are doing a great job

just resigned my lease changes are finally happening with new manager she has gotten to all of our concerns and really impressed by the turn out since she has been here keep it coming ms. cindy and her staff are doing a great job

been living here for a month and so far so good I really enjoy the gym main thing why I leased here also close to my job got to meet Cindy the new manager and she was very nice I enjoy living in a place were manager is involved with her people bacause that shows that she cares for us one last thing I have noticed is gates finally they are in working conditions since she been here

I've been a resident for a year and I renew my lease early i know i wasn't move no time some I must say this a great experience dealing with office staff they been so good to me understanding manager he a great man he make sure you safe I had an experience one day I wasn't home and he took care of it I love going in the office on my days off and sit and talk to Rosa and Claudia they have become new friends to me.

It's an affordable well kept older property. The unit we live in is perfect for parking, however there are some areas where parking is limited due to alot of visitors, or too many vehicles per apartment. Overall the place is great and raj, claudia and rosa are simply the best! They do everything they can to meet your needs

The upgraded features are great for the price you pay each month. Some people seem to have it set in their minds that it’s a bad place because of their own personal issues, but if you just ask the management office to fix something, change a few things around the property, or just voice your opinions they will make it a point to work with you to make the complex a better living situation. Just because you yourself had a bad experience doesn’t make it right to smear the reputation of an apartment complex so others are scared to live here. I have been here since 2012 and I have never had a true problem that wasn’t resolved or fixed.

I appreciate the helpful staff here and their management team that made kind efforts to help me and my family! I recommend if you are considering this property seek for Claudia, Rosa or Raj. They are all very caring people who will go the extra mile to assist you with your rental needs.

Finally great office team. No major issues with service requests. Handled in a timely manner. Office always smelling clean and welcoming. Claudia always with a big warming smile and almost always knows why you come to the office for. Always helpful since day one. I always ask for her because she listens to residents needs and strives to provide the best customer service. She is truly nice and transparent. Keep up great work. Come see Claudia if you are needing a home.

THIS APARTMENT IS TRULY INFESTED WITH ROACHES. THEY GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND WHEN YOU CALL. YOU PAY FOR EXTERMINATION THAT RARELY IS COMPLETED. I HAVE SEVERAL CLOSED TICKETS IN THE PAST 4 MONTHS BUT YET I HAVE MORE ROACHES THAN I STARTED WITH. THEY DON'T HAVE ANY COMPASSION AND TRULY ACT LIKE ITS OKAY TO HAVE ROACHES. YOU TELL THEM AND THEY ARE LIKE WELL HE WILL SPRAY. BUT YOU STILL MORE ROACHES AND NOT DEAD ONES EITHER. THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU ANY INFORMATION ON THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY TO TAKE YOUR ISSUE HIGHER. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT MOVE HERE.

this is not a good place to live and you can't give one star or I would they are old and infested with roaches

My husband and I currently live here and we love it. It's an affordable well kept older property. The unit we live in is perfect for parking, which is at the back of the property; however, I wouldn't want to live up front because of the parking situation unless you purchase covered parking. The management team is professional. The neighbors are friendly and quite for the most part. We feel safe as crime isn't an issue here. Most pet owners pick up after their pets ...sometimes. The property is located in the middle of it all so traffic is terrible. If you're looking for a clean nice place, I definitely recommend this place.

I signed a 6 month lease and have been staying here for about 5 months now. I really like it here its quiet, they tend to your needs regarding maintenance issues or any other issues. The only thing is parking around the evening there is no where to park so its highly advised to get a car port but other than that I like it here and will be renewing.

The apartment complex seemed nice. The nice floral arrangement in the front caught my eye and the spacious apartment for a reasonable price. They were renovating at the time so that drew me in to signing a lease. What I did not like is the roaches in my home . They claim they come and spray the house for roaches. All they do is spray this white solution that gets everywhere in the kitchen and they don't clean it up. We still had problems after them coming twice. I had to bomb my home twice, lay down roach traps and buy spray. After doing all of that they finally went away. Since I've been here they have shut of our water more than 5 times ( lived here less than a year). On top of that they basically limit the visitors you can have I believe there may be 30 visitor spots in the whole complex! And parking is horrible!!! They have car ports but who wants to pay 75 dollars for every car you own? This is my first time living in a apartment and by far my worst experience with living arrangements ever!!

I have been living at this apartment complex for about a year now, and I have to say that it's decent. The apartments inside are nice but not amazing or luxury, the grounds are decent, and it's comfortable place to live. My complaints have to be the fee's; you have to pay for everything you get. You have to pay for the use of the pool, the use of the gym, your washer and dryer, and your parking space. The original rent was supposed to be around 795$ but by the time they started over charging we are now paying over 900$ for a decent ONE bedroom. Not luxury! We were told these were updated and had a new manager. They made it seem great, and the tour seemed like these were awesome apartments but they proved other wise by just covering everything up. They used wall paint on cabinets and the tile in my shower and tub. My door knob has come off my door with paint from my door multiple times, my locks have broke, and my dishwasher comes out the compartment all the time. Maitnence is lazy, and stroll around all day like security guards instead of fixing things. My husband went to the front office to tell them we needed a new doorknob before we left on a trip out of state, and this young girl working in the front office told him that he was a liar, wasn't on the lease, and that they were covered on their side. You literally need your renters insurance to fix a doorknob here, even though it's a safety issue. They never spray for bugs, and even though I haven't had any; I have had a few crawling through pipes that I've had to take care of myself. I am happy here, but it could be better because of the inconviences I've had to deal with on a monthly basis. There's too many young people working in the front office, people that don't care, and it's very unorganized and some what unprofessional. I want an apartment complex where the goal is to make everybody feel at home in a place that I can get my money's worth. It's overall; decent. It's not great, but it's tolerable.
