Providence at Marine Creek Apartment Homes

My experience so far has been great. Melinda(love her) was very knowledgeable and made the paperwork potion flow easily. It has been quiet. Parking seems to be an issue but we can’t control that.

The apartment itself isnt very nice and there were a lot of issues when i moved in. But the front office staff has been really awesome getting the issues fixed and working with me.

I to this day love my apartment property. The staff are friendly. The property is clean and well kept up to date. Welcoming and feels like home.

This is the first well put together, clean and comfy home I have ever had. Central air and heat is lovely! All the drains work and the office communication is great!

Here at Providence it has been a great 2yrs for myself and my girls we love the women they have as staff in the office also maintenance they get the job done even come fix things after hrs if need be

Community is wonderful! No complaints about anything! Front office is amazing, they always get things dine in a timely manner and we’ve met great people!

The ladies in the office were excellent throughout the whole process. Very helpful and got all my forms taken care of. If anything I was probably more of a pain. They were very lovely to work with. Im excited to see what the community is like.

Providence is a good place to live. The staff is awesome and the only complaint is parking and they are working on it. My neighbors are really cool and respectful toward each other.

The ladies in the office are always on point, quick and in a hurry to address my needs. Maintenance is also always on point. They also quickly take care of any issues I might have.

I love living here very quiet and peaceful, some of the residents are friendly and I love my apartment very spacious, the managers are very nice and helpful when it comes to helping me with a problem

Love my apartment and size and storage but halls and elevators are messy. The landscaping crew could run their blower in these areas. Maintenance crews have been great and a lot of help. Love the trash pick up for the handicapped.

I completely love the Complex. They keep it clean , organized, professional and appealing. Feels like home. The grass is always cut , the property is clean and maintained well.

Great community! The office and maintenance always get tasks done in a timely matter and always willing to help! Everyone is friendly and welcoming!

Love my new home . I had an issues with outside insects around my home and they came to help immediately and sprayed a spray to get rid of the immediately

I've been here going on 7 years,the maintenance has been great, my pool experience is a 5.and my appointment is beautiful. The grounds and trash is exceptional and the ladies in the office are very professional.

I love it here! The office staff and maintenance are always on top of things. I absolutely love the swimming pools they have, also my neighbors are awesome as well

My experience here was Providence. Marine Creek apartments is 100%. Good. I'm very comfortable with where I live. When I was in trouble with my other apartment, they were right away. Jumped in to help me into another apartment. And the staff is very helpful and very polite. Thank you, Providence, Murray Creek apartments.

Its a cool place to live! one thing I can say is maintenance is on point here, the right on time, I put my work in, and they here on the double.

Love it, so far so good, the whole move in was smooth and the maintenance people are amazing. The people are super friendly and I love coming home

Moving from Georgia everything was so easy and everyone was so kind and helpful with everything I would need. Thank you for your help in this move. I’m not even there and have everything I need ready. Everyone was very nice and helpful

Absolutely love it here .. nice and quiet. Peaceful neighborhood. Friendly neighbors. I stay to myself mostly . But occasionally will run into a neighbor or 2 that will speak to me . No rodents or anything like that .

Amazing Home! The grounds are beautiful, my apt is spacious and the staff is more like family. our apt manager is kind, patient and prompt. The staff is what makes my beautiful apt a home. Yes, it’s clean open, and spacious but they almost make me and my kids feel safe. I'm extremely grateful I found this place. When Mrs. Linda called me back after my inquiry, all my concerns about apt living were put to rest. the process of relocating was daunting. Office staff were/ is so kind and welcoming. They told me that she could walk me through it the process and they did. The process was easy breezy because of their customer service and knowledge. I still feel like I'm in a dream.

Love it here. Things are quiet grounds well maintained. Staff are friendly and helpful. Love my patio/balcony has nice tree in front that adds to the view. Maintenance guys are quick n clean up!

Super quiet here … everyone pretty much stays to themselves here. And very friendly as well. I stay to myself pretty much . But from the people I see around here they all have friendly faces .

Really a nice place to live. Maintenance and the ladies in the office make it well worth being here. Maintenance fixes and repairs whatever needs fixing or replacing. The ladies in the office stay on top of everything here on property.

I love my neighbors! Everyone whom I’ve met has been really friendly and kind! I feel really safe! No problems with parking or vandalism! Maybe my big dog scared them away!??

Great community! Everyone is very friendly and welcoming! People usually stay to themselves and it’s a beautiful scenery to walk around and see.

Melinda was awesome through out the entire moving process! Maintenance came quickly to repair everything on our walk through. Complex seems to be quite not too much going on….so far so good!

Noise is a big issue along with visitors parking in resident spaces. And supposedly we have security yet breaking to cars keep happening and they never show up!

Front office outside and inside so pretty. The office ladies are so nice and always helpful. Maintenance staff are always efficient and clean as they go and prompt. Am enjoying living here!!

Great apartments, super clean: the pools are nice. It’s a nice quiet area. Gated community, and quick responses to any issues you might be having .

Living here has been going very well. I've lived in apartments before but living here has been the best apartment ever. Office staff are so friendly and helpful. Maintenance is awesome. They do their best to keep property well kept.

The apartments are great. They look good, and has a great park and pool area for the kids. I also appreciate the maintenance workers they come fast when you need them and the office picks up anytime I call with questions.

I love living here. The staff and maintenance men are always so friendly and nice. The complex also offers the perfect scenery for walking around and trying to get in shape.

They have been awesome and love that I have access to the gym anytime I want to go. The last place I lived I could only go during business hours

Everyone is so nice and treat me like family. When I need maintenance they come running and take care of me on the spot no matter what I may need. I really like it here.

Very big comfortable and clean I enjoy the gate privacy , and the big oval bath tub is a plus . Everything looks great I even have a work station
