At the heart of Missouri, Columbia is truly one of America’s greatest college towns. The University of Missouri sits right at the center of the city, and generally serves as the cultural hub for the wider community. Locals, whether connected directly to the university or not, regularly visit campus for sporting events, concerts, gallery exhibitions, lectures, and more. Just north of campus, Downtown Columbia features a thriving mix of coffee shops, restaurants, nightclubs, taverns, and performance venues, largely catering to the huge numbers of students from Mizzou, as well as the smaller Stephens College and Columbia College.
Of course, the community extends well beyond the collegiate environment at the city center. The University of Missouri Health Care system is the second-biggest employer in town, so the community of healthcare professionals in town is quite extensive. The cost of living is quite affordable, and there are numerous apartments and rental homes to fit any budget.

Property Ratings at Providence Court Apartments
Living in Providence Court has been great. They are very friendly and timely with repairs. The staff makes sure that all questions are answer w/ haste. Unlike some apartments, the price is near perfect for those on a budget but still need certain luxury accommodations- such as internet and cable
I love DBC apartments! Its quiet with no parties, clean, pet friendly, and if something goes wrong they are on it!!
My one complaint is that there's dog poo EVERYWHERE on the grounds. Since a lot of people don't pick up, it should be the office's responsibility to either send out letters enforcing this rule or to do a sweep of the area once a week. It's actually everywhere, as is litter and cig butts. They are normally pretty responsive, but this is my one big issue. They need to take care of the grounds better.
I just visited this complex and it was pretty nice. No frills but seemed well kept and definitely affordable. The "all utilities included" doesn't include internet but it is still a great value. Not the most aesthetically pleasing but still seemed like a nice place to live. The gentleman who showed me the complex was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
