Property Ratings at Providence Pointe
My apartment was destroyed during a fire but management/owner has not offered any refund. They haven't reached out to ask how I'm doing. If I'm okay. They do not care at all. They just want to take all that they can take from us fire victims. Do not trust this place!!!
Do Not waste your time with this place. Absolute worst apartment to live in with the worst possible management. Infested with roaches, drug deals happening daily, months to get work orders done, negligence as there are wiring problems in the apartment but management doesn’t care. They are upping their prices without making any upgrades to anything so definitely not worth the time or money wasted on these. Only giving one star because I can’t give it 0.
The place is infested with roaches and they only sprayed once the hole year i lived there. there are drug deal going on in the parking lot. The stuff that was broke when i moved in was still broke when i moved out. They had my truck towed because they didn't tell me i had to have a sticker on my car. I paid 200 security deposit and 600 pet deposit and gave a 30 day written notice. then they send i $2100 dollar bill to collections without sending my anything explaining the charges. it was the worst place i ever lived then they ruined my credit with out an explanation.
I recently relocated from Arkansas to Biloxi and Providence Pointe was my first choice after many treacherous hours of apartment hunting. I am pleased with my selection and I hope that it stays that way. From what I understand, they have new managers of the property and I have to say Cheryl and her staff are pretty awesome so far. I hope to reside here for a while! Really happy here for now!
I have lived here for almost a year and I have to say, the new manager has really made an improvement on the community. There's no more trash all over the place like there was. Parking is sometimes still an issue but not like it was. Maintenance comes to work on work orders in a timely manner, which was not the case with the last manager. I think there will be more positive changes to come.
You will be towed even if you reside here. Adequate parking is not the responsibility of the complex. If you work nights, expect to travel clear across the parking lot for parking. Do not be enamored by the gate and the assumed security it provides. The gate has been used for approximately one month out my time here. Complaints are disregarded completely. Maintenance is severely understaffed.
The place is roach infested. I have lived here a month they have not fixed anything I have told them about. They didn't mention I needed a parking sticker much less give me one then had my truck towed and I had to pay for it even though it was there falt. I would not move here I'm going to try to get out of my lease.
