I just love living here always so much to do around the apartment. It is also kept very clean! I enjoy talking with the staff and making new friends.
Living here is amazing! The leasing office is always super organized and does an amazing job answering any questions you may have. Maintenance is also super quick and helpful!
I love how close it is to campus! It has been very nice living here and its a very well maintained place! I love how the gym is 24/7, because you're able to go whenever.
the beautiful apartment complex, rooms, and living space could be more significant as many other apartments are way bigger. I have had some issues but the handyman is always so helpful.
I love my apartment and the people I’ve gotten to meet. However maintence on things in my apartment is not a quick and urgent on some serious issues like flooding.
I enjoy every aspect about staying at Proximity, the environment and the amenities. Everyone around me are super nice and the office is very quick to help with anything.
Lived here the last 3 years and it’s only gotten worse each year, expensive, poor management and maintenance staff. Not worth the price you will pay each month.
Even though I was a resident I was never given a parking spot after asking multiple times. Small rooms and good luck trying to get parking:/
The staff and maintenance team here are fantastic. Super helpful with packages, questions and fixing issues within the unit. Office staff are very kind and compassionate.
Living at Proximity has been amazing! The amenities are great and the property is in the best location. It's such a short walk to class and the student center is right across the street. The actual apartments have up to date furniture and appliances! I love it!

This is my second year living here and not only is it in an amazing location, but the staff here are very nice and accommodating. Out of 10, this place deserves an 11 because there is honestly no better place for a student to live in Greenville, NC.
I’ve driven down to visit friends in Greenville who live at Proximity. It’s such a nice property and Sarah from the office was super kind to me while I waited for my friend to come down!
poor management. Don’t care about customers Don’t follow through. Bugs everywhere. Building incomplete and unsafe Nobody cares to work with you on your needs. Toilets braking. Cheap.garage is awful. Too narrow and cars fly through it. Will tell you one thing but never do it. Don’t believe anything they say. Dogs everywhere and nowhere for them to go to the bathroom. Will say your rent is cheapest they offer but then you will see that it’s being offered even cheaper. Don’t rent here
