We currently have 1BR/1B apartments available in our quiet complex. We are walking distance to the Pruneyard Shopping Center and to downtown Campbell. Both units are located on the ground floor. Both units feature A/C, thermostat controlled electric heaters, cable ready, plenty of closet/storage space, fresh paint, new LVT floors, upgraded windows, LED light fixtures, frost free refrigerator, electric stove/oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal. Our courtyard features a heated pool (seasonal), lounge chairs by the pool, patio seating with umbrellas. Each apartment comes with 1 assigned covered parking spot with added outdoor storage. We are located here in Campbell at 52 Michael Drive, one block south of The Pruneyard shopping center. We are within walking distance to downtown Campbell, the Los Gatos Creek Trail and various VTA Light Rail Stations. Easy access to HWY 17/880/HWY 85 and connecting freeways.
