Lived here for about two years major roach problem! They’re everywhere, stove, bathroom, kitchen even the air conditioner! Office is hard to get a hold of tried calling, emailing, going up there everything and no response!
1 am retired and moved in to my 3rd floor 3BR 2 BA balcony apartment in Dec 2010 and really love it! My apartment is bright, spacious, has plenty of closet space and a wonderful floor plan. The office and maintenance staff are attentive to needs of the tenants. The grounds, new playground and pool areas are maintained very well. My neighbors are great!!!

My son and I have lived here coming up 4 years and we have made some of the most incredible memories. All of the amenities Puller Place offers is one reason that has kept us here so long. The staff and maintenance are all great. We love Amber, Mike and Tyler. With such little staff, they really do an amazing job of staying on top of everything. I highly recommend Puller Place to be your choice of apartment to live in Jacksonville right now. Free gym, cable, WiFi, tanning, basketball court, grilling, clubhouse with a pool table.. rooms are big and the swimming pool is beautiful
Currently live here. Almost 2 years now. Great location. Parking is horrible. It is stressful coming home at 5pm and there is no where to park. People let their pets poop in the lawn and leave it. Management act like they dont see it or care. Management is horrible. Maintenance is horrible, Mike tries to keep up. Rent just went up for no good reason. This place is not worth the “market” rate. This may be my last year here. Nothing about here is luxury. They need serious upgrades for it to be considered luxury.
The best thing is definitely the management. The property is excellent, but the people make or break an apartment community. Puller Place has THE BEST PEOPLE!
