Of course, the gorgeous scenery doesn’t hurt either-- Northern California’s wild and rugged terrain surrounds Santa Rosa, making it easy to explore new trails and soak in fresh views after moving to your Santa Rosa rental.

Property Ratings at Pullman Lofts
Do yourself a favor and stay away from this apartment complex. Their management and owning company has changed for the worse while I was there and it's pretty apparent to me now why that is the case. First of all the apartments themselves are crap for the price point. The ethernet ports were not hooked up even though they force you to use one of the pre-installed providers. The AC unit in my unit was broken in the first few weeks. The area is surrounded by homeless people and people doing drugs (and one guy selling stolen bicycles). It's not an area you wanna go for a walk in at night. They offer parking, but only if you get there mid day when there are a few open spots (as they have way more tenants than parking). The street is always parked full and there are shady looking people all over the area. The car gate is also only operational about half the time (at best) so good luck getting into their parking lot. Then when I moved out and asked if I would need to pay any kind of fee for leaving on short notice they told me "No, you're month to month so just send us an email and we will close out your account." I sent the email and of course got zero confirmation of this from there end which made me nervous to begin with. Then a month later they sent me a bill for a full months rent and took my security deposit out of that bill. They said I didn't give them 30 days notice, which they never once mentioned when I asked. I could have easily stayed an extra month if I had known this would be an issue and taken my time moving. But of course they use a shady third party billing (Conam billing services) service and when I called them they asked me to email their support and create a ticket (and that they would then reach out to Pullman). They told me to give them 10 business day for the ticket and instead of contacting me or giving me any kind of update on this, they instead sent the bill to a debt collection agency. Not only is this one of the worst apartment complexes, but their management is an absolute joke. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.
