The location and amenities are great. Love that there’s a bodega attached to get drinks and snacks. The downfall is that the property grounds are not kept up well, as the stairwells smell of dog urine.

Everything since the start has been smooth sailing. The original tour was very helpful, staff is very and communicative. Ammenities are excellent.
A year later, and so far so good. I really do not have any complaints with 601 PAX! I love the amenities, the community is filled with all kinds of shops, eateries, sport bars etc. My building is well maintained, maintenance is prompt and responsive. Neighbors are friendly.
My experience visiting 601 Pax was very pleasant. Sara was very helpful and I had a great feel about the place from the moment I first walked in.
I have no complaints. I love my apartment & the community. It’s just to my liking & the staff is very helpful & nice. My friends and family even enjoy visiting me here at my residence.
Really nice place, only thing would be nice is if they do something about the bike storage. Not secure as bikes there are missing something with broken locks and dusty
We really like 601 PAX and all of the amenities it has to offer. It’s located downtown, with lots of great restaurants nearby. The leasing staff is always very quick to help which is super nice.
We love the location of 601 PAX - being in the center of downtown gives us so many options for food, activities, and more! The amenities here are also fantastic, we love hanging out at the pool, grabbing snacks at the bodega, etc. The leasing staff is very friendly and we've really enjoyed living here so far!

All in all, is not bad if you don't have a bike or a dog however it is dirtier than other places I've lived at. The garbage around the building (by the garage and especially the dog park) is barely picked up that it pills up. The dog park is dirty so you can see is people around who don't pick up after their dog. Security cameras are a joke because management has no access to it so is just there for show. BIKE STORAGE is not only super dirty but someone is stealing bikes and the camera doesn't even record. I take my dog out late at night and make sure that the bike storage door is locked yet the next day, you would see a lock chain broken or a bike torn apart if not stolen. You can see everyone putting their bikes in their balcony because of it. FYI This past Sunday either a guest or someone in the building brought in their 2 big dogs in the pool no respecting others, so you can see what type of people are around

This place has all you need to feel relaxed at home but also the amenities to enjoy time outside of your place. Rooftop views, clubhouse, pool, weight room , hot tub, delivery store. They even have personal dry cleaning. Gotta love 601 Pax. Shout out to Corey for showing me around and making my move in process smooth. Thank you to the property manager for making sure all my needs and wants were met and helping me get set up on all the apps and amenities that make this place are spot to call home! I recommend everyone come here to check it out!
Overall I’m very happy with my experience this far and the property! The unites are beautiful l, the property is well kept and clean and is in a great location. It also has some pretty amazing views that can’t be beat! Great place to live!
Very happy with the complex and the people who I have worked with this far
I have been a resident for almost two years at 601 Pax. Firstly, I have observed a concerning trend of residents disregarding community policies by leaving trash in the halls indiscriminately, leading to foul odors and an unsightly environment. Despite potential sanctions, this behavior continues unchecked, and it is disappointing to see the lack of enforcement. Additionally, there have been multiple instances of individuals smoking marijuana in the hallways, despite the clear prohibition on smoking within the premises. Furthermore, loud music is frequently played, causing disturbances that reverberate through the walls of my apartment. Despite numerous attempts to report noise complaints, it is disheartening that no one responds to address the issue. Recently, there was a disturbing incident where someone urinated inside the elevator, leaving a lingering smell for days. Similarly, the gym facilities have been plagued by an unpleasant odor for several days, and essential equipment remains broken without any attempt at repair. This negligence in maintaining communal spaces is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the management team. Security concerns have also become apparent, with the main gate being left fully open on multiple occasions, compromising the safety of residents. This lax approach to security is particularly troubling, especially considering recent incidents of theft in the garage area. Despite attempts to raise awareness through the community app, it appears that incidents of theft are not being adequately addressed or communicated to residents. This lack of transparency is concerning and undermines the trust residents have in the management team. Lastly, there have been instances of residents bringing glass bottles to the pool area, which is clearly prohibited and poses a safety risk to others. As a resident of 601 Pax, I had hoped for a living environment that upholds standards of luxury and safety. However, the current state of affairs falls far short of these expectations, and urgent action is needed to address these issues. I implore the management team to prioritize the well-being and satisfaction of residents by enforcing community policies, enhancing security measures, and maintaining the quality of amenities. It is worth noting that many residents are becoming increasingly dissatisfied with the living conditions and are considering leaving.

I've lived downtown for almost 20 years and at 601 PAX for 4 years. It's by far the best community for the price. Quiet, clean, very safe. Friendly and attentive managment. Amazing amentities. Love the gym and pool. I especially love the bodega and that they deliver to the apartments. You can't find that in a community anywhere in Downtown Phoenix.

We are obsessed with living here. The location is amazing with tons to do nearby. The amenities are so great and we take pride in living here. We love the convenience of the trash and recycle pickup , and also the cute little URBO shop upfront. We are amazed by how beautiful the community is overall.

Cortland Fillmore is all about community. They have incredible lineups of events each month, including a weekly rotating food truck that brings everyone out. The attached bodega offers food, snacks, drinks and items that you sometimes forget you need until it's too late and then you realize all you have to do is walk over to Urbo to grab them without having to make a trip anywhere in a car.
This property is excellent, great apartments and good management.
The entire Cortland staff is just superb. They are more effective, responsive, professional and helpful than any place I've lived including when I owned a very nice condo in Chicago. Cortland has a simply outstanding team .
I've been here 3 years and I feel very taken care of. If ever I've had issues they've been taken care of right away. I love my apartment and the amenities which are nicely taken care of too. The premises are always very clean. The maintenance staff is professional and attentive. I will probably stay here until I buy a house!

The maintenance team at Cortland is the best! Our issues have always been fixed in a timely manner. Wonderful amenities and very clean.
New management has resolved the lingering reserved parking issue. They Handled cleanliness improvements with COVID very well. Trash pickup is always on time and doesn't leave you passive aggressive notes anymore, leaving the hallways nice and clean. Dog urine smell at the exits of the complex has been resolved. When this place was called "pure" it was far from it, but am very happy with this complex now that its under the "Cortland" banner. Worth the extra dollar you spend here to live on an island of luxury and safety in a not-so-safe area.

We love living at Cortland Fillmore. The amenities are so nice that it sometimes feels like we are living at a resort, and we love the convenience of the location. The staff is always very friendly and helpful! We definitely recommend living at this community.
I can't say enough about the great quality of service you guys have here. I'm in unit 315. About 2 months ago, the battery in my door lock died at 11pm at night while I was in the workout room. Your head maintenance team member drove all the way in from Peoria and let me in. He was simply outstanding! You're emergency maintenance line worked great, and I was exceptionally grateful and back in my place within 30 minutes. Last weekend, my power went out and the breaker needed to be reset. Again, within less than 1 hour, your maintenance team had me back in business. Simply outstanding!!!! Kristen and the office team are exceptional as well...friendly, proactive, easy to work with, and responsive. Just superb.
Cortland is an amazing place! The people and staff have been wonderful! My apartment was more than ready when I arrived Jamiah was absolutely wonderful to work with! From day one she was super nice and spoke very highly of Cortland which made my decision so much easier to make when I decided to move here. The staff have been extremely helpful and so accommodating! The other residents have been very welcoming and are just overall so nice to talk too. Living here at Cortland is so nice and it feels like home! The experience so far has been absolutely wonderful! I truly appreciate everything the staff has done!

Parking of residents that dont live here continues to be an issue
Our overall experience this past year has been positive. We love the layout of our two-bedroom apartment and the proximity to everything that makes downtown Phoenix amazing. Although the parking situation is a drag, I would still recommend this complex to friends and family for the above reasons. The front office staff is generally nice. The package room is a plus. Cortland Fillmore is a great community.
