Do I need to say more? Just stay as far away as possible
I loved my unit because of the amount of sunlight it gets, and because it has a balcony. The neighbors I met were nice, too. The amenities are fine, not that I've ever used them more than once, but pray you don't have a security issue. The parking garage has been broken into, the mail room has been broken into, glass windows have been broken, there was an illegal club next door for an entire winter that had multiple shootings which were never addressed by management, rules were inconsistent, pricing and rules for parking would change without reason, etc. Management was a revolving door, and we event went 8ish months without any management at all. Documents like pet and car information would regularly get lost by the office, and there was just a general air of distrust between tenant and management. My two experiences with maintenance were positive, so that was nice. Again, I really liked my unit, plus having the Wedge and Urban Tails Pet Supply next door were convenient. Hopefully the issues I dealt with were because Pure Lowry was fairly new when I moved in and they had some kinks to work out. Based on my review and other reviews I'm reading, they better figure it out soon!

Property manager changes every 2 or 3 month so it is hard to communicate. None of the manager knows what the lease says and you will get your question answered 2 weeks later. If you get parking, it is most likely increased within 6 month around 30 dollar. great tip would when you sign the lease, make sure you get email confirmation that you will get underground parking with no increase in price. I hate when manager write their own apartment review. pretty dishonest.
They charge residence $140 for one parking spot and $240 for two parking spots But don’t have assigned parking so people who don’t live here can park in the garage for free Because they don’t have guest parking! I was told that the building was 65% vacant but the parking garage as always fUll And residence even for the townhomes cannot park in the garage on the first floor or they will get towed unless it’s a nearby commercial spot or management! Or the management husband who does not work there! So the parking situation is super dumb.
Lived here for 6 months while in Minneapolis for a job opportunity. Kiana took such great care of me from day one she helped me figure out how to travel using the bus, places to see and great places to eat in the area I was not familiar with. She also went above and beyond helping me move back home in such a hurry due to a family emergency. She was very understanding of my situation and helped me tremendously!! I’ve lived many places Kiana has been my favorite person to rent from by far. I would highly recommend the pure lowry apartments.
