Pure St Peters

Overall decent stay, but a little expensive. No balcony, no pool, and I had a terrible experience with my upstairs neighbors throughout my whole year staying there and made complaints to no avail. Maintenance doesn't really respond. So I would only go here as a last resort type of thing

I am a longtime resident of Pure St. Peters, having been the first & only resident of my unit since Oct 2019. I started experiencing issues with my unit in July 2022. This became an issue as I was dealing with no working A/C on triple digit days. One night, I arrived home to no A/C and after lying in bed in 90-degree temperatures inside my unit for 30 minutes, I relented and stayed the night at a nearby hotel. Eventually, I was given a solution from management to shut off the breakers for the HVAC unit and then turn them back on. This worked, but I had to do multiple times & shared my findings as I suspected that there was an ongoing issue with my HVAC system. Important to note that I was not the only resident experiencing issues. A friend in another building had ongoing issues with their HVAC and went months without a resolution. In early Nov, I noticed that I started experiencing issues with my heat and the electrical breaker trick did NOT work. I submitted a maintenance request. It was marked resolved, but nothing was communicated. After contacting the office numerous times, management had a HVAC company come in a few days before the Christmas holiday (5-6 weeks after my initial request) and found that my HVAC system was out of freon. The HVAC company said there was a leak and they would speak with management about coming back out to locate the leak. I left town to spend the holiday season with family and watched my Philips Hue Thermostat decrease throughout the days when we had subzero temperatures. I called the office and asked them to check to see if the heat was working. They assured me they would. They were sending out numerous emails about opening cabinet doors to avoid pipes bursting, so you would think that they would be motivated to ensure the heat was working. When I returned my heat was still not functioning. Management makes it sounds like they are at the mercy of a HVAC company’s schedule. I am amazed that Capriet is not allowing emergency funds be utilized for an immediate fix. This should be a warning to any potential renter. There have been no offer of reduced rent or any other concession. I've been having HVAC issues since July 2022 and have not had functioning heat since November 2022 with the exception of a brief few days of heat before Christmas. I have been heating my apartment with the small space heater that they provided and, as one can imagine, it is not ideal. No apologies have been offered. Just continual excuses.

Pure St.Petrers has the best apatments for rent in St.Louis. You will be more than happy to live without mold,bugs and noisy neihbours.

Great place to live. Convenient location, quiet surroundings and fantastic management.

I have been living at Pure for just over a year now and it's been wonderful. I have not had a single issue during my time here, and the management has always been great to me. I highly recommend living here to anyone looking in the St Peters area.

Have lived at PURE for a month now and love it so far. Management is awesome and very approachable about any issues. The quality of the apartment is great, and you can't beat the location.

We just moved in a couple weeks ago and already feel very welcomed here. During the the snow storm that came they did not hesitate to make sure everything was salted and shoveled for us. They were out in the freezing cold to make sure that everything was safe for us. Wonderful people and place!

Very quiet and Luxurious feel. Package management is all over the place, but I love being here! Management are professional and very respectful to their tenants. Also are very interactive with the community

I was in a tough situation and needed to move quickly, and management was very accommodating and made sure I was taken care of, and got me into an apartment in a few days even though they had limited availability. The apartments are spacious, clean, and it is so nice to have a washer and dryer in unit! All of the appliances are new and high quality. I occasionally hear people in the hall during the day, but often feel like no one lives in my building even though I know all the units on my floor are full- I very rarely hear any noise. The staff is friendly, responsive, and responds to messages and requests quickly. I am a fairly high needs individual, and management and maintenance have put up with my many questions and requests with kindness!

Pure St Peters is a great place to live! The apartments are beautiful on the inside and well taken care of on the outside. The location is really hard to beat. Management is always so helpful and friendly and makes the living experience here very pleasant. Other residents here are generally very respectful and quiet. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice, new, safe apartment in a great location.

I really appreciate the courtesy, professionalism and concerns that Ryan, Sarah, and Roger extends to the residents. They are very proactive with the way in which they address concerns that are brought to their attention and even those they observe. Excellent Team at 2100 Pure.

Pure is new and clean in every aspect. Everyone is super friendly and helpful around the property. I highly suggest living at Pure!

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The location of the apartments is exceptionally safe and it is a quiet community. I feel very at home here.

The property, staff and location are all better than I was hoping for. The online community portal makes it a breeze to organize events and submit maintenance requests. I doubt I could engineer a more favorable scenario for an apartment.

Let me just start by saying I typically NEVER write reviews. But this place is GREAT! The price is extremely fair with all the amazing appliances in the unit. The place is quite peaceful and is very well managed and maintained.

New renter to PURE St. Peters and so far I've a great experience from move-in until now and w/the current management staff: Ryan (mgr.) ,Sarah & Roger-(I apologize as I believe there was one other person besides maintenance), I believe to continue this experience throughout my residence with PURE St. PETERS

I love living at Pure! Its 5 mins away from anything I need, maintenance fixes any issues quickly, and THE FLOORS There are apartments in the area that are lower quality for the same or higher prices. A wonderful place to live :)

PURE is a good place to lease. Updated/modern look and great staff.

I'm fairly new to Pure-St Peters, but so far the office staff has been very cordial and maintenance ; expeditious

I moved into the Pure apartments last fall, and it has been such a pleasure to live here. The grounds are always kept clean, there is a great area outside next to the office with grills and beautiful seating, and the gym is very close and convenient. The staff is incredible and friendly, they are always doing things to get to know the residents, and to reach out to the community - this Christmas they had a food and coat drive, which was a neat way to have some residents pop into the office and an awesome way to give to the community. And lastly, maintenance is always so quick to respond and fix any issue you may have, even if it's just a burnt out lightbulb. I would recommend Pure apartments to anyone!

Pure is a good value and place to live convenient area and access to shopping, banks,gas station's and plenty of restaurants

GREAT experience getting moved into Pure. Leasing office was extremely helpful with application process and getting moved in quickly. The complex is super clean and brand new. Pure Apartments has already given me a lasting impression! Ryan, manager of Pure, is a people person all around. Super chill guy and any questions you have he doesn't mind answering.

Wow! Brand new facility in the heart of St. Peters. The outdoor space is wonderful, will be a hit when having friends over to hang out. The management/office staff are always available and willing to help in any way. A must see if looking for a new home.

Clean! Conveniently located near medical facilities, restaurants, gas, Pharmacy, banks, convenient stores and major shopping. It's got it all for any age group including Lindenwood University.

PURE St. Peters is a great place to live. Its quiet and its in a good location. The staff is superb. Maintenance is always Johnny on the spot if you need anything. I would recommend PURE to anyone whos looking for a quiet new modern place to call home.
