Reasonable Rent and quick maintenance
The apartment has been great so far. It was clean, updated and seems like it was a great price for the area. Every time we have had a maintenance request, it has been taken care of right away. It doesn't seem like people move out a lot. Since we moved in there has only been one apartment available. We don't know what move out will be like, but they did give us a good list of what charges would be if things are not cleaned or are broken. The neighbors are all pretty quiet. We have been very happy so far.

Move out charges insane!
The apartment was spotless when we moved out and $2163 was charged: they replaced the entire carpet because of cat urine yet we did not have a dog/cat. There was a charge for minutia: a speck of food in the sink & fridge; a dead bug in the window track; the dishwasher filter was cleaned; and on-and-on. BEWARE!

This property will overcharge for EVERYTHING
When we moved out, we deep cleaned the whole apartment. They then turned around and claimed that we had to pay charges for things that we already talked to them about and were told that we would not need to pay for them. All they want is your money and will screw you over by making up lies and causing damages themselves.
