Property Ratings at QUAIL CREEK
The gated community is tucked away and has spacious floor plans with huge 2.5 car garages. Each home is all one story with w/d included and a large patio. There is a ton of green space unlike some competitors. The snow plowing has been exceptional during a busy winter season with the vendor working overnight many times hand shoveling and deicing the sidewalks. The property is professionally managed and host successful and fun events throughout the year. Maintenance has been top notch and usually addresses any concern same day. Neighbors have been a wonderful mix of being friendly but also not nosy. Occasional coffee or cards are hosted should one want to socialize. A nice gym and spacious clubhouse are also included. The location near Rte 8 is convenient with plenty of excellent restaurants a short drive away. Stop in and see all that you get. (I'm a resident for nearly a year and was not paid for this. Just a satisfied customer who wants to welcome more people to this lovely community.)
