Property Ratings at Quail Creek
I have lived in many different places, by far this is the worst apartment I have ever lived. If you had to sign a contract, just sign a 6 month, so you wont pay a termination fee like me.
I haven’t even moved in yet and this has been the worst experience with an apartment complex I’ve ever had. This will be my first apartment in Texas and I’m extremely disappointed. Here’s why: for starters, when I call, the people who answer try their best to get me off the phone immediately. They have switched my apartment number after I’ve already set utilities, renters insurance, wifi and furniture deliveries up. They did this about 5 days before I’m supposed to move in. When I called to have it switched back, one woman told me it was done but couldn’t tell me what unit I was supposed to be in. Then I spoke to the manager, who did not even give me her name. She moved my unit back to what it is supposed to be and when I logged into their website, there is now a $27 charge for who knows what. I paid every dime of what was required months ago. I was also told one day (after I asked, because of course nobody there provides any information about moving in at all) that I would have to move in at 3:30 pm instead of in the morning because “the apartment won’t be ready”. I paid for the apartment over a month ago, not sure why it’s not ready but whatever. I rescheduled my deliveries and today around 5pm (THE DAY BEFORE I MOVE IN!!!!!) after I emailed ASTRID about water services, since that was also never explained to me, she says I can’t move in until 5:30 tomorrow. Now I have to reschedule deliveries AGAIN and may not have a bed to sleep in for the first few days I live there if the furniture store has no available delivery slots for tomorrow. If these things had happened before I paid over $700, I would not be moving in and I am 100% sure I will not be renewing the lease when it expires. I’m also 100% sure I’ll have more issues with them in the future.

The condominium is always dirty and the pits burst, spilling water with a smell that causes nausea, in my apartment the tiles that cover the pipes of the bathtub where you shower are removed because since December 26, 2020 those pipes had a leak of water, where my neighbor and I were flooded, so that they could fix it, they broke the walls of the bathtub and even today, January 5, 2021 they still do not come to cover and put the tiles that were removed, this happens because of the bad management that these have apartments, here the collusion is horrible I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO LIVE.

I lived in a 2 bedroom apartment in Quail Creek II and it was the absolute worst experience of my life. The staff is extremely rude, they know nothing about customer service, they’re extremely unhelpful, do not answer the phones when being called (they just direct to the call center) & the managers are just as horrible to deal with. I have had 2 vehicles towed because of terrible signage and because of the leasing consultants’ incompetence. They know nothing about courtesy, are money hungry and do not respond to maintenance requests in a timely fashion (if at all). I would never recommend anyone to live here. If you have other options, do NOT choose this place.
It beautiful on site apartment amazing people real friendly and understanding. The workers are real friendly and aren’t scared to help out would give it 10/10 but it doesn’t go up to ten . Anyone that looking for more then an apartment this is the place amazing place to start or to just make memories.

very Bad apartment. the complex are not well maintain and smelly of dog poop. the tenants live here really dirty. they let their dog poo in front of my door every day without picking it up. You can image the flies are flying on top of the poop and fly to my apartment then step on the food. I have 3 year olds daughter, she was really strong and rarely got sick. She wasnt sick for more than a year until we moved here, she got sick a week later. I kept complaint the office but nothing was changed. I requested them to move me to the difference unit or let me move out without penalty. They didnt accept it , the Manager told me: " you live in apartment, you have to deal with bad issue like that. if not, you buy house. You have 2 options: 1 is keeping silent and stay till the rest of your lease, 2 is movinf out here and pay 85% of 6 months left of your lease". how rude they are. One time , I saw a dog who was about to bite a 4 year old girl. Luckily, her mom walked out and saw that. I couldnt image what if her mom wasnt there.... PLEASE, DONT MOVE HERE. IT IS CHEAP BUT THEY ARE ALL RUDE.

For people who are looking for comfortable and well-maintained apartments, this is definitely not the place. The apartments are old and with very bad renovations. In my case I come from another country and the photos shown on the page I thought it was a good place and nice but on arrival it was just the opposite the place does not have good interior or exterior maintenance. Before moving I read comments here but I thought they were people who did it to bother and even so I decided to travel and settle here. But I must follow the indications in the comments. This place is not at all like the photos show. I have a one year contract and I do not want to shorten the contract but I would like to cancel it because it is a fake what you show in photos. So I have to pay for a place that I do not like and live in dislike. Let's talk about the parking space, that there is never space for our vehicle and the access control gate is never in service, what you fear for safety when you leave your car in the parking lot, do not comment on my mistake, do not move to this place.

The outside isn't too nice but the insides of the units look good. However these buildings are old, maintenance is constantly needed. Often without notice the water pipes or electricity will be down for hours at a time for "maintenance," which has caused problems when I try to bathe and get ready for work. The office workers are nice but I usually have to ask several times for a maintenance issue to be resolved. Can be frustrating. The crime has been going way up lately. Break ins, robberies, drugs etc.. not the worst place to live but its certainly too much crime here and the buildings require too much maintenance for the prices they're asking. They can renovate and dress it up all they like. At the end of the day this place is still situated right off of Tidwell. Again, not too bad of a place but it's far from the best.

Maintenance requests have not been addressed since I moved in at the end of March. Now my power is out again since yesterday at 6 pm. Electric company says it's not on their side but on the apartment side. Submitted two requests but no response from management. Would not recommend moving in here.

I have been living here for 9 months. Price is good. maintenance requests take a while to get completed. Hard to get ahold of office, lots of noise
the apartment are not pretty on the out side but inside isn't bad. The maintenance is pretty good about coming to fix things that are broken.
I recently had to re-locate to Houston, TX for work. Moving out of state is a hassle to begin with but finding an apartment, that's enough to pull your hair out. I spent weeks going through every listing, calling apartments, reading reviews and looking at pictures. I finally found an apartment that seemed like a decent choice. Now my income at that time was low so I knew what to expect from looking at cheap apartments but I had no idea what I had gotten myself into. The pictures they sent me looked fabulous, the square footage was great and the price was even better. I read review after review, nothing really stood out to make me turn away from the listing. I even had family members look it up and they gave me the ok. After 7 hours of driving I get to the apartment and immediately regret my decision. The outsides where worn down, graffiti on some parts, broken windows and trash everywhere. I was so disappointed and even a little bit scared. I asked the manager if I could shorten my lease but of course there was no way out. I then asked her if I would be safe living here. She looked concerned but said yes I would be ok here. I am only 3 months into my year lease and can't wait to put my notice to vacate in the next year. Let's just say the morale of this story is don't let an apartment complex coax you into moving in until you visit the area. I would do anything to go back in time and spend the extra money to drive and visit the area. Pictures online and pictures the complex will send might be from years ago. My advice, and for your own safety, especially if you are moving from out of state, spend the extra money and visit the apartment or neighborhood. You will be very glad you did.
I've been at Park West for 3 years now, it has it's up's and downs but no place is perfect. But I will say yes to the moving to these apartments they will take care of any problem you may have a.s.a.p. The staff are really sweet ladies and always greet you with a smile and the best thing about it the shopping centers are just a block away.....
