Staff does not care and doesn’t care to fix issues. I would send many emails and phone calls to remind them. My room would get flooded when it would rain.

My building is calm and peaceful, being an old building there’s a lot of plumbing problems that maintenance try their best to keep up with other than that I enjoy living here.

Everything is amazing, i believe my favorite thing about this place is the pet spa. I have two dogs that require so much pampering and that place made it much easier to give them a bath. The gym is also a bit bigger than the old gym i had at the old apartment complex i lived in previously. My partner and i love are one bedroom and one bath, it is the right size for us and the bedroom is much bigger now and i absolutely love it. I am really happy with the cheaper rent too, such a good deal and the customer service was awesome as well. Certainly a 10/10 experience.

Loving the apartments so far! Love the new vinyl flooring all over our apartment. There are some small details within our unit that could use some taking care of, but other than that, we love it!

Great customer service and a really nice community. People seem really nice. There’s someone always cleaning around if there’s trash. . The staff are friendly and helpful… Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. Whether it was changing light bulbs, replacing/removing furniture, or servicing the plumbing and electricity, maintenance quickly and thoroughly ensured that I have an optimal living environment. I intend to continue renting here for the remainder of my years and I strongly recommend their properties.

Very pleasant community. Not that much noise or ruckus going around. Conveniently located between banks, gas stations, and lots and lots of food. Even thought there are two schools next to the complex, traffic is virtually non-existent. Office management is cordial and amiable. I have been renting for well over a year now, and I’ve had little to no complaints.

I’ve been living here for a year and a half and I enjoy my apartment. However there are some minor problems. Parking is a hassle since there are parked vehicles that stay there for weeks / months at time.

This place was horrible from the beginning, the carpet was dirty, the toilet seat was broken, there was dog hairs all over, roaches coming out the sewer. There was rat peaking through the walls of that apartment and scratching. The management is horrible, the owner is rude and disrespectful. When were going to take out the few things that were left she didn’t let us and was laughing about it. She was lying saying it was thrown away but then she said there was minimal things there and that they hadn’t thrown everything away. Very disrespectful and unprofessional. The apartment below us always get flooded with water.

Please do yourself a favor and DONT rent here! There are roaches everywhere, they do pest control every now and then, but the issue with the roaches is a big one; a simple pest control won’t do a thing. Plus the walls are thin, you can hear everything the neighbors do. I just DONT recommend!

Been living in the apartments for more than a year and there hasn’t been any problems. All the staff is very friendly and helpful. Everyone in my building is very calm and peaceful. I do recommend checking them out if you’re looking for something in this area!

Currently renting and I am HATING this place!!! Not only did I move in to an apartment that is infested with roaches, but they ignored my requests to remove the carpets when water came in through the seams of the windows and walls and both my kids room and my got mold!!! I had to throw away so many items and god knows how long we were breathing all that mold for until they finally decided to go and check! The price is amazing, but not worth having to go through 2 cans of raid every other day and having to worry about roaches going inse the food again. Debating about breaking contract, but what ever you do, AVOID building 6!!
