Property Ratings at Quail Run Apartments
I am a current tenant of Quail Run Apartments (July 2020) and nothing but great things from all the staff on the property. The property grounds are well maintained, which I can personally say I see the staff always keeping the premises updated and clean of all trash. Very nice neighbors, never seen law enforcement to confront any issues. The front office has been always open for tenant needs. The office manager responds very quickly to emails and missed calls. She always provides detailed information on any questions I have ever had.

Thank you so much for all of the kind words, and for briefly sharing your experience and how it has been thus far. We are very happy to see that you have been pleased with our staff and their ability to make sure that you have a wonderful community to call home each day. Please let us know if you were to need anything from them moving forward. Thanks again.
We have loved living here. We have a beautiful apartment with lots of natural light in the north west corner of the complex and it kind of feels like living in a tree house at times. Our views are either pine trees or the mountains. The apartment was spotless when we moved in, the cleanest place we have ever moved into (the first time I felt like I didn’t need to clean before moving our stuff in!). The apartments are pretty, management is great (whoever doesn’t like Icy simply has issues with following rules) and generous (they got us new windows!), maintenance gets all the jobs done in a timely manner, we’ve had great neighbors, the location of the apartment complex is great (Cottonwood Creek trail behind the complex; Dublin Blvd is a quieter street, but it’s off of Academy, so super conveniently located; you can literally just walk to Sprouts etc.). The only down side I can think of is the electric heating system which makes for very high utility bills in the Winter — however, electric heat is just super common, so it’s difficult to avoid that if you want to live in an apartment complex. And Quail Run’s prices are on the lower end in this town (which is amazing for the beautiful apartment and great location that you get), so that basically makes up for it. So don’t be afraid to move here, it’s a good home. Also, they throw an absolutely amazing holiday party in December!

Thank you for taking the itme to share with us how much you love calling Quail Run your home. We could not be happier to see that you feel more than comfortable here and are happy with all that our community has to offer you. Please let us know if you were to have any ideas and or suggestions on what we may be able to do to improve your experience going forward. Thanks again!
I enjoy living at quail run apartments. It is a nice neighborhood and close to shopping, dining , and pretty much anything you need. It is also within a very good school district in academy 20. It is a little on the higher end for pricing (about 800 for a one bedroom) but that is well worth the convenience of having in-unit washers and dryers, as well as a fireplace and deck that allows a grill. The office is always nice and friendly and will do their best to handle issues as quickly as possible. I believe the complex is a little understaffed, they do their best but are limited a bit by a lack of employees. Overall, this is a great apartment complex and the location couldn't be better. The in-apartment amenities are fantastic and the pool and workout areas are a little small but adequate. I would recommend leasing an apartment at Quail Run.
I have lived in Quail Run apartments for a little over 2 years now. I love it here. It is very quiet and the neighbors I have had around me have always been respectful. There have been no incidents of crime that I am aware of. I had a issue with my heater and the maintenance team handled it fast! I am a single woman and feel very safe here and will stay as long as things stay the same.
Quail Run Apartments are located in a central part of Colorado Springs with quick access to Academy Blvd, and also to the new University Village on Nevada. It's also close to the UCCS Campus, and is only a short drive to Downtown Colorado Springs. The management are very nice and always willing to help, and the maintenance people are very quick to respond to any maintenance needs. Of course it wouldn't be a good apartment complex with out good people, and that's exactly what you'll find here. Lots of families and couples who all look out for each other.
