Property Ratings at Quail Run
When we moved here in July, we were told we were getting a renovated apartment. We weren't allowed to see it until move-in day. Upon arrival, not only was it completely different and outdated, but the AC wasn't working, the garbage disposal wasn't working, the fan wasn't working, and there were water bugs in the carpet. There was a lot wrong. (Not to mention, the walls were dirty and there are lots of cracks in the molding/ counters.)They lie a lot, and can't keep staff very long. Plus, we have been waiting almost a month for a request and no one has come. The biggest issue is when my sister was living with us, we paid 35 for the rental application and she submitted the paperwork to the office. They gave her a parking sticker and a key. Two months later she goes in to discuss an issue, and they tell her she's not on our lease! The lady lost her application and then quit. Another instance is when a worker who worked for Quail Run, who quit also, came to spray for the water bugs, he BANGED on our door and was very aggressive. This place has been a living nightmare. I do not recommend living here.
At first I thought that this was a decent place; and before the new staff came along it was, but now it has become a nightmare. I would definitely say that if you don't care if you go without heat while it's snowing outside, or if you don't mind when your sink won't drain the smell of waste throughout your entire apartment because they won't come out to fix it in a timely manner then this is the place for you. I would definitely not ever suggest this place to anyone even my worse enemy. If you have a loved one that lives here I would make sure that their apartment is up to code for them if they are unable to.
The office staff is hardly ever available. They will not return calls and most of the time the office is closed. Even if someone is in the office NO maintenance people, they all quit! Roaches, mice and bedbugs are a common problem Rent jumps every renewal period and now they require a 13–16 month lease my renewal lease went $140.
During my stay here I was the victim of off-leash dog attacks(Management has loose pet restrictions including breed, immunizations, and background check). Ultimately my stay ended on account of bed bug and cockroach infestation as the result of neighbor hygiene leaving something to be desired. There were bugs entering through the power outlets in the walls. Do your homework and lift on the North or West side of this city

I have lived in so many apartments across US and I have never seen a property manager worse than the quail run apartments. She is a racist and does not know how to talk politely. Do not ever think of getting a first floor apartment here. The toilets overflow sewage water and it would be you cleaningit up at the end.
I've lived here for 2 years and love it! The office staff and maintenance team are friendly, respectful, and respond in a timely manner. The apartments and grounds are clean and the neighborhood is safe. The apartments are conveniently located near grocery stores, shopping, and a golf course. Overall, it's a great place to live!
We have lived here a year and love it. The neighbors and employees are all very friendly. They clean all of the common areas weekly, the maintenance people are always driving around and cleaning up any trash anywhere all the time. The pool was spotless all summer and never that crowded and they checked pool passes to keep strangers away. Lots of kids and we totally feel comfortable going on nightly walks while our kids ride their bikes. We have a big dog and they have a nice dog park and there's always doggie bags at the stations. They also have had a few parties with activities for kids. Our apartment is huge with 2 br, a den and 2 baths. Plenty of space for us. We just bought a house and would be staying if we hadn't. I've lived places where the dumpsters over flow each week but I've never even seen so much as an overstuffed dumpster here and it's so nice. The location in town is perfect too. Close to everything but still has a nice secluded feeling with all of the trees and grass here. The only thing I wish had been different was more updated workout equipment in the fitness center.
I really love my new palce, it is near everything and is a really nice community. It is like taking a walk in the park because of all the matured trees and the people in the office gave me a great apartment. I know there will be some things in the future that may pop up as a negative, but I didn't buy a house and any apartment I was to go into even brand new, something could happen. So, I am going to give it a whirl.
