Home to sculpted mountains, the wild North Platte River, and the Laramie Mountain Range, Casper is as beautiful as it is rugged. This is the second-largest city in the state, and it has an even bigger personality. Casper still has a "Wild West" feel about it, and it has a long history as an oil boomtown.
Today, the city is home to Casper College and is considered the region's banking and commerce hub. Aside from its amazing landscape, Casper offers several other draws, such as the Fort Caspar Museum and Historic Site, the Tate Geological Museum and the Nicolaysen Art Museum. Casper is one of the last cities before reaching Yellowstone National Park, making it a popular stopping-point for tourists.
If going back in time and experiencing pioneer life interests you, visit The National Historic Trails Interpretive Center. The center is a cooperative venture among the City of Casper, the Bureau of Land Management and National Historic Trails Center Foundation.

Property Ratings at Quail Run
Most of my family has lived here throughout the past 20 years, including me. It is one of the cheapest options in Casper for the quality of the apartments. It's well maintained and beautiful. The pools provide fun family time during the summer. The beautiful landscape and brick buildings make a very homey atmosphere outside. It's nice and quiet and the buildings are sturdy. The management is kind and approachable. It's a great place to live!
The management at Quail Run is the best. Sharon is kind, helpful and incredibly honest. You will not find another superintendant that is more respectful. The apartments are well kept. Maintenance is easily accessible when needed. The grounds are well maintained. Great place to rent from.
Management and staff are courteous and very helpful! Maintenance requests are usually fulfilled the same day they are made. I have never lived in a quieter apartment and community. The neighbors are pleasant but respect your privacy. There is a one time deposit to have a pet. I very much appreciate the affordability of the apartments is well!
