Property Ratings at Quail Run
I arrived, the living room window was broken and I have no hot water,es mi segundo día, ya reporte el problema y no me an venido a arreglar la venta ni el agua caliente
The apartment community itself is great. It is quiet and welcoming. The grounds are very well kept. You never see a lot of people loitering around the parking lot.
It is a nice place to live, the maintenance crew are awesome, the landscape is awesome, the added perks are good all and all very adequate the office staff are very courteous and on their job, when you submit a request it is answered in a timely manner
The community is clean my apartment is nice however wish the plumbing was better and the master bathroom needs upgrading other than that I would recommend
I’ve been here for 5 years and appreciate the people that help by being timely with requests for all things. Thank you for all that y’all do to make this a safe place to live.
Older buildings however for the space/cost we think it's worth it. Great for familes. Fairly quiet community near schools. Retail/Food very close by.
Been a resident for several years now and we’ve enjoyed it! Even if we don’t personally talk to our neighbors, the community feel is there with people cooking out and children playing around. You get the occasional loud or fast car, but that’s anywhere. The unit is starting to show its age, but maintenance is responsive and polite, so we’re hardly inconvenienced. Just a good place to live!
Quail Run Apartments deserves a perfect 5-star rating. The welcoming and attentive management and staff ensure residents feel at home. The prompt and efficient maintenance team quickly resolves issues, smoothing the living experience. Fantastic amenities include a pool and well-equipped gym, and community events foster a sense of community. The peaceful and quiet environment, despite its convenient location, makes it the perfect retreat after a busy day. Overall, Quail Run Apartments is a delightful home for anyone seeking a welcoming, well-maintained living environment.
Quail Run is amazing. Tynisha is very helpful and patient. The staff is competent. I've lived at other places before and I have never been greeted with excellent service. They are generally fast and responsive. I also absolutely love how it feels like an ACTUAL active community. The apartment itself is great for it's price. I've been living here for almost 2 weeks now, and I absolutely love it!
You get what you pay for. The location is convenient, especially being close to Ft. Jackson Base. It meets basic needs for the price. Convenient and Price Agreeable.
I have had a wonderful move in experience. From the time I applied to now. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. They talked me through the process and emailed me copies of everything.
Good value. Large living space. My children and I have so far enjoyed calling Quail Run our home. We enjoy our neighbors as well. This past year we have really loved getting to know our community.
Overall a great experience with the help of LaVita and the staff here. They helped me move in quickly and strategically. The facility gym is great, enough acres to run outside, the neighborhood is quiet, and the facilities are very up kept and clean! All Glory to God for the amazing experience.
I’m getting to learn a lot of new stuff about this place and it’s really exciting. My first trip to the dog park was interesting because my dog usually doesn’t like dog parks. He had no problem with this particular spot for some reason not sure why.
I’ve been living at Quail Run for 1 year and 8 months and it has been an amazing experience! The management team is professional, responsive, and always willing to help with concerns. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the staff goes above and beyond to ensure residents are comfortable. The amenities are top-notch— great pool, gym, and outdoor areas. The complex is always clean and well-maintained, and I feel very safe here. Parking is convenient, and the location is perfect, with easy access to shopping centers and many restaurants.
My resident experience is awesome! It is Quiet and peaceful. My neighbors are kind and friendly. My son and I Enjoy the fitness center and my lovely balcony.
Where I'm located it's at least quiet. I'm thankful I don't have loud neighbors or deal with speeding cars. I would say the only thing that may annoy me is the entrance and exit gate when people who wait to go inside are unable to get inside but only hold up someone else from getting in.
This will be my 3rd year living in Quail Run come this December, and I genuinely have no complaints. You pay great rates for a spacious unit, quiet calm kept neighborhood, and friendly staff and people. All of my work orders have been fulfilled within days of putting them in. I can't recommend this place enough
Clean surroundings work crew constantly taking care of landscaping. Maintenance crew responds rapidly for any maintenance problems . Maintenance crew always courteous and friendly. Never leave mess or debris behind. Office personnel friendly and helpful. Never make you feel like you’re interrupting or abusing their time!
We are loving it here so far! Loving how secure we feel in the complex, how awesome our amenities are, and how affectionate the community feels
I love living here! I have been here for over 2 years now and haven’t had any issues while being here. Management is nice and helpful, maintenance is great, the area is safe and well maintained, and the rent isn’t unreasonable!
For the most part , I really enjoy living here except for all the trash over flowing and the smell of marijuana when driving through the complex
I love my apartment the community is quiet & laid back I just wish I can use the laundry room because I don’t have a washer or dryer yet . I’m going to start using the gym soon .
Quiet neighborhood and maintenance team members are responsive and professional. I’ve been residing at Quail Run for years and never had any issues.
My family and I love it here! This is safe and quiet community for me and my children. The staff are friendly and efficient. It's a great location.
Been here almost 5yrs. Grounds are clean, rent is affordable, apartment is spacious, maintenance is amazing, I could go on. Only negative is the issue I had with watebugs just about every summer.
Quiet community. Kinda give senior citizen only community. Overall pretty decent, can’t complain much. Only thing I dislike is you can’t work on your car. So if you got a flat or need a jump….don’t let them see you or you getting fined. Not even sure what qualifies as working on your car fr.
We are new members to this community and excited to be here. Thank you, Tynisha, for providing the guidance and advice to make it a flawless transition!
The apartments are nice, mostly clean and usually quiet. The big issues lie with the gate constantly being broken, people flying through the complex blaring music, and there not being assigned parking spots.
Its ok, a lot of people are not friendly and trash is thrown everywhere at times. Overall, it needs some improvement around other areas. Thank you
Well managed apartment. Management and maintenance teams are exceptional as they respond promptly to concerns. Grounds are clean and well maintained.
A ton of bugs and roaches come into my apartment when the weather is warm. My windows are painted shut. There is sticky stuff all over my floors upon move in that I was expected to clean up. The speed bumps on the main drive are so extreme that you need to slow down to 1-2 mph to go over them. Maintenance has been pretty responsive, rent is fairly cheap, and the staff have been nice. The apartments are definitely spacious.
It has been great being here. Staff is courteous. Apartment is well maintained. Gym and pool on site. Maintenance responds quickly to issues.
Great place good maintenance. Reasonable prices on rent. Definitely have made this my home. I love the staff they are super friendly and helpful
Awesome environment with a caring office and maintenance staff. They are always very responsive and helpful. The grounds are always clean and quiet. In my estimation, it is pretty safe and close to everything.
We’ve enjoyed Quail Run for the past year and few months. The staff is friendly, maintenance is prompt, the property is meticulously maintained, it feels safe. No issues with bugs inside, just pesky drain flies. The water pressure seems to all be connected. If I wash my hands in the bathroom sink while running a bath, the sink water pressure is just drips. The same when showering while running the dishwasher or washing clothes. The enclosed patio was patched up when we moved in but not 100% as debris, bugs get in through the cracks. They work hard to keep the gate in working order but the guest entry call box is not reliable. Also of note the office doesn’t accept ANY packages and when you move in you have to go request your mailbox key from USPS for $20-30. Also note that your living room probably won’t have ceiling light. Lastly, kitchen cabinets are small and won’t fit syrup bottles, etc. Overall, we still love Quail Run and plan to stay here until we purchase a home.
So far my experience is great! I love how quickly the leading office responds and assists with inquiries. The gate is a plus for sure! I was looking for a property that was similar to the one I left and it is surprisingly better.
I have enjoyed my time at Quail Run....from Office Staff to Maintenance Staff...everyone is very Courteous and swift on a Job well done!! Thanks for having me!! Been here a very long time!!
Quail Run Apartments ha sido una excelente opción para vivir, excelente atención del personal administrativo y de mantenimiento todo muy limpio, tranquilo y seguro espero seguir renovando el contrato de arrendamiento y recomendar a otras personas.
I don’t have any complaints on living here from the staff, to the maintenance and even my neighbors everyone is awesome. It’s quiet and well kept and management have rules in place that I love
Quiet community but it would nice to have a RCSD camera system in the complex. The neighbors are very friendly and management are constantly finding ways to make enjoyable for residents.
Best bang for your buck as far as apartment size, however Buildings are pretty old. Normally quiet and great for families. Love the fact that it's gated!
I have been very pleased with all aspects of living at Quail Run Apartments. The staff is pleasent and helpful at all times. The maintenance staff is very friendly and professional with handling maintenance requests and getting issues resolved in a timely fashion. Thank you for all you do to make Quail Run a nice place to live.
Great green areas, pet friendly, and affordable rent and utilities. Cheapest option in the area for the people that are geo-bachelor and want to save up money.
Really nice neighborhood. Maintenance very helpful. The people in the office are very helpful and nice. Have not had an issue since I have been here.
Nice and Quiet. I haven't been here long but so far I have no problems. Whenever there are Maintenance issues, they are quick to coming whenever I need them.
Overall the neighborhood is a very peaceful setting. I love sitting outside and not being able to worry about any stress or loud noises. My only comeplaint is the pit of date appliances/ bathrooms
I love the engagement app that the community has, as well as the friendly staff. The apartment homes are cozy, and well kept up. I also enjoy that the community has a gate
Great place to live. Not a lot of noise. The cutest animals and friendly neighbors. The price is reasonable and everyone is very nice. The lawn is kept up weekly as well as pest control.
It has been a Great experience so far. Just moved in this year & my husband & I haven’t had any problems. We would recommend these apartments.
