Oklahoma City is a thriving city right at the heart of Oklahoma. The city’s thriving economy is complemented by its exciting nightlife and entertainment options. Downtown is home to the Myriad Botanical Gardens and the Oklahoma City Zoo, two extremely popular family-friendly attractions. The Myriad Gardens also include the Oklahoma Shakespeare in the Park production at the Water Stage.
The Oklahoma City Thunder has built a dedicated fan base, and things always get pretty wild around the Chesapeake Arena on game days. The arts community is quite active with galleries, museums, theater productions, and a music scene incorporating everything from underground alternative bands to the Oklahoma City Philharmonic.
The city has been expanding in recent years, and Oklahoma City proper is much easier to get around with public transportation than most other cities in the region, including rail service.

Property Ratings at Quail Run
Management was really good at first until I planned to move out and gave my 60 day notice and everything went down hill and made things super stressful on their end and have had to be corrected and have yet to give me information on my security deposit refund and can’t answer my text messages to find out where it is or compromise on how this will get resolved. I also have text message proof and they still won’t work with me
I lived at Quail Run apartments for 3 months now and it’s been terrible. When I first moved in my fridge went out and it took them 3 days to bring me a new one, my hot water smells like sulfate, and my heat/ac was always struggling (running nonstop). My AC officially went out after they tried to “fix” it so I have been without ac for a week now. It’s mid May and it’s been in the 90s. They told me they needed to order a new unit so that’s why it’s taking so long..I get they have protocol when ordering things but since it’s been so hot you would think they would just go buy one at a local store to resolve the issue fast. They did bring me a window unit for my bedroom but that is also struggling. I’m glad they were able to bring me that but when I asked if I could get $100 taken off my rent for the next month they acted like I was asking for a huge thing..The first time they tried to fix my AC it ran nonstop for days so my electric bill is crazy so I feel like asking for $100 off is very doable. The maintenance guys are very nice , so are the office girls and I can tell they’re trying but they just don’t get the equipment they need. What really frustrates me is that they built two new buildings and are wanting to build another one, why build new ones when you can’t fix the old ones correctly. An employee there told me that the apartments are old and need a bigger size AC compressor, but the owners won’t do it correctly cause cost. I moved here because the price (it’s pretty cheap) and a safe area and around everything you need but still everyone deserves basic AC/heat. I never leave reviews on things, but I wish I would have known these things before moving here. I have a year lease and I’m counting down the days I can move out.
Greetings.... I moved in about a week ago everything here has been easy peasy... From filling out the application form which was simple... I was approved in two days had my move in date...signing of lease was done online ... so easy. The staff here has been friendly, professional, and very helpful always answers questions...I have opted into texting communication with the office in which I find they respond quickly... I absolutely love it here my apartment is quaint with plenty of room an island in the kitchen which I love because there's nothing worse than not being able to prepare your food or do other projects without enough room... It has fresh paint it has new carpet it has new windows and everything is in working order...including the alarm system in which you can have connected to the police ,fire department, and ambulance with a landline.... It is clean here ...there are no bugs ...the bus is right outside so if I don't feel like driving myself around I can just hop on it and go to just about any store around here how awesome is that...has a new fitness room ...a pool...And this is one of the most important things when I lay my head down at night it feels peaceful here and I can sleep and be at rest......ty quail run staff...your AWESOME !
The inside of the building I lived in had paint cracking and stains everywhere, not to mention the horrible service of the main office. I would recommend finding another complex. I've lived in several apartments and these are by far the WORST. They will easily try and squeeze every dollar out of you that they can get. NOT WORTH IT.
The apartment is convenient to Memorial and stores in the area as well as many restaurants. The school district is Edmond and we are in a family friendly neighborhood.
Very nice people, always attend work orders, very accessible to everywhere. Good rates, clean areas, laundry always clean, pool, comun areas very nice. I love to live here for almost 5 years, never had problems. Services like, ac,water, electricity, always available.
5 star live here 30 years Plus and would love to win free rent for the life and continue my to live here I have raised my family here great neighborhood I feel safe it's hard to find a place and call it home.
I have been living here a little over 8 years. From the time I have moved in they have always taken care of me. Maintenance is good and the management does every thing they can to make you happy. Good lawn care and a clean pool.
Quail Run is so amazing. It's quiet, peaceful, and everyone stays to themselves. There aren't any loud parties or anything of the sort. The ladies in the office are so sincere and helpful. Rent isn't too high at all and the cabinets are amazing. If there's ever anything wrong, maintenance is all over it. On a bonus note, it's right off the highway so commuting isn't bad at all.
