Property Ratings at Quailpointe Apartments
I was a potential tenant but After several attempts I finally got someone on the phone and was disappointed. The lady had poor phone etiquette and didn’t provide any information whatsoever .
I moved here about 2 yrs ago. Staff was great to me. I will never forget the day I signed my lease here. Enjoyed the free candy bars. Lol. If I ever came back to Cali, I would check her first. Terri. 532
Very rude receptionist. didn't even bother helping us out.
You get what you pay for the buildings have a plague of uninvited guests, the landscaping is only nice in the front buildings and repairs took almost the whole year that we lived there to be made
Great place in the middle of rialto. High ceilings, good storage area, plenty of cabinets. Very green lawns with lots of trees, and great staff. Pool is just big enough however your do need a deposit for the key :(. Maintenance is great, love manny jose and larry they are very friendly and will always go out of their way for you.
Very Nice clean And calm. Also Very strict for the safety of every Renter And there families. couldnt love this place anymore that i do. I will for sure reccomend to friends And families
Ive been here for two years now u started with a one bedroom then upgraded to a two bedroom, so far i have never had to complain about anything. It is very clean and well maintained. Security and maintenance staff are very friendly and respectful. It is a safe place to live in.
I lived there for almost 4years, but I really did not enjoy and feel any comfort staying there, because I got discriminated, and invaded my privacy. I said this because everytime I scheduled a service in my apartment the maintenance took more than a week to come for small simple thing that needs to get done, but the other tenant things get done in one day. and about invasion of my privacy, the security guard which I thought gonna protect me while I was there, but he is the one doing all these bad things gossip me to all the tenants and opening my mailbox and steel my mail. and I got harrased also by another tenants and spit in front of me, i reported it to the management she did not do anything at all. this are all the reasons I had to move out. and when I move out she did not give me any refund at all for my deposits instead they charge me for the amount of $1,600. eventhough I left my apartment clean and no damage. in fact I still have the pictures of that apartments just in case I need to hire a lawyer.
The one thing that sets this apartment above all others is there early pay discount of up to $200 off your monthly rent if you pay by the 28th of the prior month. In addition they offer free cable. And the only utility you have to worry about is the electric. It is a great place for families and the diversity of tentants makes any race feel welcome. I have been here three years now and would love to spend at least three more but due to financial hardship this will be my last month.
Quailpoint Apartments are located right off the 210 freeway, with easy access to the 15 and 215 freeways. The complex is gated and quiet with well-maintained landscaping. Cats and dogs under 35 pounds are welcome, and pet owners are very curious about picking up after their fur-babies. The office is open Monday-Friday from 9-6, and closed on the weekends. There is a decent-sized pool and grill area, but you are required to pay a $30 refundable deposit for the key. There is a security guard on duty at all times (all guards are friendly and take the time to get to know you). The office and maintenance staff are friendly; however, maintenance requests often take about a week to address (however, this may be because of our dog; they always clean up very well before leaving after a project). The apartments themselves are very nice. High ceilings, painted walls, and darker-colored carpet (although some have new wood floors). Very roomy! Closets are not "walk-in" style, but still quite large. Tons of additional storage space is available over the closets, too! Our unit has yet to have upgraded appliances, but the electric stove works just fine. Dishwasher and microwaves are included in the unit, but you have to bring your own refrigerator. Washers and dryers are not in the unit, but in a laundry room (20 quarter-operated washers, 20 quarter-operated dryers) located in the middle of the complex; I have never had an issue waiting for a machine. Some units come with patios/balconies, but they are an additional charge. Utilities are fixed at $30; this includes water, trash, and sewer (how great is that?!). Plus, basic cable is included (basically, cartoons and news channels, but still). Overall, this really is a great place to live; there is nothing of such quality for the price in the area. It's located less than a mile from an elementary and a high school, as well as 7 different churches of 7 different denominations. Additionally, the complex offers an "early pay" discount; if you pay your rent by the 28th of each month, they take ~$130 off! We have renewed our lease several times, and plan on staying for a while!
