Amazing place to l live! Staff is friendly and close to campus.I would recommend this place to any college students. It is clean and newly renovated.

Great place to line it is just too expensive for no reason. They create new charges out of nowhere and we are charged for "great wifi" but my wifi is horrible and gets disconnected or stops working during exams sometimes. but it is clean and has great amenities.

The roommate matching system was not good for me. I marked a roommate that was semi-clean, but I got matched with a messy person. Best to try to find a roommate before you sign. Everything else about the room is fine.

Living at quantum has been nice. Sometimes things are bad like the pool being broken all summer, the random extremely horrible fire alarms, the insane parking, and really expensive rent but yea nice place

LOUD/dirty/poor management
You can frequently hear people screaming and partying off their balconies at 12-4am with no action from management. Roommates and I had called the office to file complaints 8-9 times and the office has done absolutely nothing. There is constantly trash, throw up, and other things littered in the stairs and elevators. The elevators are past their inspection date and break constantly. The walls are paper thin and you will be able to hear all your roommates as if you were in the room next to them. They block the parking garage and front entrance with 3 dumpsters that are never cleaned out and make the front entrance smell disgusting. Oh and parking is $70 a month and they randomly charge you "utilities" in the middle of the month instead of the 1st for no reason. The leasing office is also impossible to deal with/ the property manager impossible to be contacted. The AC also frequently breaks, the wifi is spotty, and the power has gone out multiple times. The building is nice on the outside and it is less fratty than college town which are the only reasons this review has more than one star.

Quantum has the best staff and hospitality! Specially Jeanne! She has been such a help in the apartment shopping process.
