Awesome place.
One of the first tenets. Management is awesome yet businesslike. Our maintenance man is incredible. Lots of rules but that’s what makes it nice. For those who complain too many rules you knew what they were when you signed the lease. Management follows all rules. Need something repaired, lightbulbs replaced etc. They are always on it! Always has been same day for me. Laundry room cleaned and sanitized 10 AM daily from the start, pool always crystal clear year-round. Property has pest company that sprays on a regular basis. Our Life Steps Representative is the best! Come take a visit and see for yourself. Kathy

Love it
I have lived here for 3+ yrs. I love management and maintenance is one of the most hardworking people I know. They never enter with notice and there is plenty of communication. It is very quiet here. The apartments are nice, however there is no laundry inside the unit but it is available on-site. I really like it here and have no plans on moving anytime soon!

Great complex
I've lived here since they were built and it's been a wonderful experience. YES there's a lot of rules that are not hard to follow such as, Picking up your own dogs poop or you will be fined, parking your car outside of the complex if it leaks oil because it ruins the asfault! The rules are common sense and not hard to follow I would reccomend these apartments to anyone who qualifies for low income! The manager can be tough at times but that's her job can't hate her for doing her job (or you can but she doesn't care lol) love it here Xoxo Mikayla

Beautiful Apartments
Management sucks they are rude have to many rules and they come into your apartment without and verbal notice I wouldn't recommend anybody to move in here
