Property Ratings at Queen Annes Gate Apartments
Not only are the apartments top notch as well as the landscaping, but the maintenance is on point as well as the office staff. I have lived here for coming up on 3years and I have zero complaints my son loves it here the schools are amazing. We both have made amazing friends in the community as well. I also get along with all our neighbors. Everything is so convenient and close I've been able to make everything still go round even with out having a license until now, the bus stops right at the bottom of the complex or a short walk. One of the best choices I've ever made has been moving into Queen Annes.
I tried to apply for literal months, using this website, their website, and calling at least 3 different numbers. I was told that properties were available in my price range, I'd leave my information, the (obviously third party) service would tell me they'd put me in touch with the managing property and then I'd hear absolutely nothing. I even drove over at one point and instead of a leasing office there was a number posted on the door that routed me right back through the third-party service that promised I'd get a contact back from the actual property. (Spoiler: I have never spoken to anyone who actually works at this place.) It's not a working system at this point.
Kimeu was very attentive and kind during our process of leasing as soon as I applied he called me within an hour to tell me how the process would go and we did a live tour on face time. We signed the lease online. I would highly recommend giving them a chance best experience I have had yet with a leasing agent and company. Thank you!
We have lived at Queen Anne’s Gate for a little over 6 years. In that time we have made life-long friends with at least 8 families. In the summers we all meet at the gorgeous landscaped pool and have cookouts. The outdoor pool is attached to a well maintained and secured fitness center with modern equipment. I love living at Queen Anne’s Gate in the summertime because the huge property is like a park setting. It is meticulously maintained by the maintenance crew with colorful flowers, green lawns, tall trees, and winding roads. My kids love to ride bikes from the entrance on Washington Street to the entrance on Pleasant street. It’s a safe road that winds up and down hills, through trees and gardens. Many people like to take strolls in the evenings and we always enjoy all the different birds that make this park setting home during the summer. Our building is well maintained and Queen Anne’s Gate is continuously making improvements such as new flooring, painting, new windows and railings, new washing and drying machines, etc. In fact, this year Queen Anne’s Gate went smoke free and it is wonderful to be able to sit on my porch or play outside with my kids and smell fresh air. If I have an issue with any appliance, light, or anything inside of my apartment, I have never had to wait more than a business day to have it fixed. The maintenance crew is on point and fixes things right away. In the Winter I love that I don’t have to shovel snow! Again, the maintenance crew is on point. They are out plowing snow, shoveling the snow, and putting salt on the stairs right away. As a professional commuting to Boston every day, it is really nice to come home to a landscaped park setting where my kids can play and ride bikes and I can relax. For me, it has been a great experience living here at Queen Anne’s Gate!

We've lived here for over three years. When we moved in, we were amazed at the finishes in the apartment and have since been spoiled with washer dryer hookups and the extra bathroom. Hoever, the neighbors sometimes leave something to be desired. Both my husband's and my car have been hit several times, once by a snow plow. There is a police presence at least twice a week due to some disturbance or another. The staff doesn't maintain the common areas of the buildings, so they are often dirty or strewn about with trash. If the price wasn't a great deal for what we're getting, we'd move.
I love my apartment complex. Queen Annes Gates is the perfect location. Close to the city, but far enough that people cant just show up to your apartment unannounced. Grocery store,pharmacy, parks..all walking distance. In the complex there are two pools, a few parks, a fitness center( not super huge, but does the job), parking. Many people have terrible stories about their first aptafter moving out of their parents...not I! My apartment is about 950 square feet 2 bed/2bath, very spacious.Master bedroom has walk in closet and own bathroom. Wall to wall carpet. Washer and dryer hook up. Balcony. Maintenance is AMAZING!! Whatever I need, from the tub being clogged, to the garbage disposal acting weird, to a lightbulb out they are always here to help right away. Rent and maintenance can all be handled through the residence portal. Very quiet, no problems. Neighbors are great. In the winter, you only have to worry about wiping your car off. Great location, Beautiful Apartment , lots of amenities. If I had to critique one thing it would be the number of speed bumps driving through the complex ( i personally hate speed bumps!) As a young professional, this apartment is perfect and affordable for anyone. Also great for those with kids.
The Queen Anne Apartments are spacious and close proximity to anything you may need. It's great for the young and upcoming adults that are trying to make it in the world. The grounds are kept up and everybody in the complex does their part to keep it up and looking nice. We have all the amenities that young folks would like, such as a huge pool, weight room and local bar-n-grills for great fun and a bite to eat. You can always go to the front office for anything you may need or have problems within your place, they are always willing and ready to accommodate your needs. This is a great place to call home sweet home!
