Very nice neighbors/ neighborhood. Calm area, lots of shopping availability nearby. Management responds quickly to assure tenants are satisfied and comfortable at home.
Great place to live. Leasing manager very efficient and professional. Maintenance very efficient, no longer than a day for service calls. Very friendly staff who is consistently upgrading units. Great size apartment with ample storage space. Had nothing but a great experience since I moved in.
The staff is very nice! Very easy to talk too! They are on point when something goes wrong in my apartment its fixed ! I've never had issues here! I love the courtyard and watching the kids play!
Having lived here for decades, I think I'm qualified to say that the management are more like friends than landlords. The office staff is willing & efficient, & maintenance is quick in responding to any problem. Location is great, & the rent is affordable.
I moved into the Queensdale Apartment Complex in the fall of 2019 and during this time it has exceeded my expectations! The rent is reasonable (one of the best rates for a comparable size and value), includes many utilities that aren’t included elsewhere, and has proven to be a quiet neighborhood thus far. The staff is excellent; maintenance, to the property manager, and the owner, they are all courteous and helpful! Recently, I had an unexpected plumbing issue, and maintenance got to work right away and worked all day to ensure the problem was resolved in a timely manner. If you are looking for a reasonable priced apartment in a quiet area in close proximity to shopping and transit, I encourage you to give them a call and try it out!
Its a nice place for a low income family. that wants to be next to shopping centers and a bus transit.
