Rude disrespectful No parking even if you live there My fridge breaks down once a month My electric gos off every other morning Came home from wrk to no electricity mind you my bill is paid and not due for another month. I called electric company they said it's something to do with the apartment. I call office to let knw and the rude unprofessional staff had the nerve to say maybe if you pay your bill. DONT MOVE HERE ONCE YOU SIGN YOUR LEASE THEY DONT CARE BOUT YOU OR YOUR APARTMENT.

Lots of inconsistencies with staff. Property Manager blames leasing professionals and assistant for communication issues. Will not follow up with you unless you rate them poorly.
Bugs, maintenance takes forever to come and fix stuff. And they don’t give you a heads up when they are coming. You only get one parking spot period. It’s hard to find parking spots and when it rains the parking lot floods. Management is horrible, they’re kind of rude and sarcastic. office people are never on the same page you talk to the manager they tell you one thing and then you talk to the assistant manager and they tell you a completely different thing.

Queenston Manor are beautiful apartments but parking is awful and not to mention they closed the grill which was the main attraction when looking at the apartments. They still have the sign lit as though it is open. The grill was one of my choices in moving here I feel like they should be held liable for that because that was apart of advertising for people to move in. Smh they should find someone to run the grill instead of leaving it closed. Shame on Queenston Manor and they definitely need to fix the parking also are they are going to keep losing tenants.
Even though the apartments are nice on the inside and the staff working in the office may seem nice, DO NOT MOVE HERE. Once you have signed your lease to live here, the staff doesn't care about you anymore. The parking here is absolutely AWFUL and is the number one reason I am moving next month when my lease is up. They don't have enough parking spots for everyone living here, so they have recently made major changes when it comes to parking. My roommate and I both have cars with only ONE assigned spot. There are unnumbered spots, but they are few and far between. If I was lucky enough to find an unnumbered spot, I would feel stranded and stuck here for the rest of the day because I wouldn't want to lose my unnumbered spot. Even if you only have one car, the visitor parking is basically nonexistent, so it's stressful to have friends/family come over. I have had to tell my visitors to park at Walgreens, and then I would go pick them up from there. I could go on and on about how awful the whole situation is. The staff knows about the issue, but since they claim they can't do anything about it, they resort to being rude, unhelpful, and acting clueless. I promise you can find a better place to live!
If you want any sort of peace and management that will keep their word and return calls then stay away. Also people who don't live here are allowed to trespass on property and mess with vehicles. Don't live here! Looks nice but it will save you a year long headache
I love these apartments. I have no complaints at all . Too bad I am moving because of my job and kids.

I have been living here for two years and I found the community very peaceful. All the staff member are polite and considerate. Also, the management here actually listens to you ad your problems. They also organize free events throughout the year. The swimming pool is an oasis. I love this place. The only point that I could find as a con is in the patio you can listen the noise of cars passing by the queenston blvd.
