Just recently moved in and overall a great experience. The apartment is wonderful and all the staff and maintenance are incredible. There are some noise issues with the hallway noise resonate quite loudly as well as other pipes and such occasionally making noticeable levels of noise in the walls. Worst though is on the street side at night, there is a LOT of noise from cars, trucks and others that was not expected. The building can’t control that aspect but maybe would have been nice to know about beforehand. Still very excited about the move and looking forward to my time here.

I just moved in a little over a week so far, so keep that in mind, but so far Quinn has been amazing. It’s a very new building and the rooms feel high-quality - not like so many condo buildings that will obviously require renovation after 5-10 years. The one & 2 bedroom apartments are big for this area with a nice flow and large closets. The residents are mostly adults and it has a calm, quiet feel to it that makes it feel more like a personal space and less like a warehouse for yuppies.The amenities are almost as good as you can get in the area (gym, pool, lounges, theater, etc). Maintenance is in house. It’s a bit of a walk to Grove or Exchange (like 15 min) but you can take the light rail to exchange in like 5 min. The neighborhood is older with townhouses primarily and several tree-lined walking paths through a nearby forest. Downtown JC is one of the most vibrant and safest places in the US with new businesses and services are opening every month and many New Yorkers moving over

I love the rapid response from maintenance, wonderful concierge desk and kind office staff. There were problems with elevators and grills, but they have since been resolved.

Concierge are really nice. Neighbour is safe. Building is right along the train tracks so can hear it go by, especially when it rings its bells.

We called the Quinn home for a little over 1 year. During that time, we had several maintenance issues that went unresolved, the biggest of which was a broken window that did not close our entire time at Quinn. The management team was indifferent at best, and negligent at worst. The building itself suffers from extremely high humidity levels, and the HVAC units are not equipped to handle such humidity, leaving your apartment humid in warm weather and anytime it rains. If you do end up living here, do not park your car in the automated garage in the other building operated by the same management team. The garage is owned and operated by an independent company and is prone to complete operational failures multiple times a week. During these outages your car will be inaccessible and the garage company will not reimburse you. The positive - the conceirge team. This team is professional, helpful and attentive. They made what was an otherwise miserable experience tolerable.

We just moved into the Quinn in September and are loving our experience so far. The concierge staff and maintenance staff have been incredibly helpful, prompt and friendly at all times. All communal areas are kept very clean and having the industrial sized laundry machines on the 2nd floor has been very useful. We're so glad we popped into to see the Quinn during our apartment search-- it wasn't initially on our list to see, but once we walked in, we chose it immediately. The area is so lovely-- waterfront and in walking distance of the path, groceries, and parks. We love it here!
