Property Ratings at Quisling Terrace
UPDATE 8/1/2017: raised our rates and now the building is a giant construction zone (they are renovating at least 20 apartments slowly), halls are dirty, building isn't being clean once a week like it was, still no roof furniture on the patio. REALLY SORRY I RENEWED HERE. gorham properties raised the rent in 2016 and now they are raising the rent for 2017 from $122 and $142 on an efficiencies, many tenants are on fixed incomes. At least 20 apartments left. Their rates on efficiencies are now equal to The Constellation, high-end apartments, which these are not. They are older in need of many upgrades, like new carpet and appliances, to even be sub Constellation quality.
This building is unique and has a great location in walking distance to entertainment, restaurants, the Capital Square, etc. For such a reasonable price you get a gym and roof top terrace with a capital view. Staff is always ready to help you with anything you need and they make you feel like they care about you as an individual, not just a unit number. A great place to live!
