Property Ratings at Radbourne Lake Apartments
Wonderful and never had experience like this before.I like living in my community it has been an experience since I lived here for the past 4 years.I would like to make this my permanent home until we get a house to build. My kids enjoy it.Everything is in distance.School is right up the street with no problems
It has been 2 years since we moved here and we will be moving when the lease is up . Some of the people are nice around here . My favorite part about this community is the lake .
Excelente muy agradable traquilo todo seguro y excelente condiciones es una experiencia única vivir aquí me encanta está todo como nuevo .
Grounds are fairly well maintained, apartments are spacious with good floorplans. Since new management change, have noticed severe lack of parking due to non-registered vehicles overnight, and "car repairs" going on taking up several spaces. Also, the security gate that caused me to move in was damaged about 2 years ago and has never been replaced, so the security is non-existent now.
Have been living here since 2021. The previous management was good, and the current ones are okay. Same thing, different coat of paint basically. As far as apartments go, this is an alright place to live.
So far so good. The staff has been communicating and answering all of my concerns. Just wish the pool was open for a little longer and I would be happy lol
The office staff is so nice and very attentive to all of my needs. Very pleased with my experience. From the moment i first inquired to even after my move in day they have v=been nothing but amazing!
La mejor experiencia de mudanza y sobre todo la atención y el lugar son excelentes. Con una vista linda y los hogares acogedores no tengo más que decir simplemente Perfecto.
So far, I love living here! My apartment is amazing and the community is quiet and beautiful! I had such an easy move in, too. I plan on being a long term resident.
I really love living right near the lake and all the of the amenities that Radbourne offers but over the course of my 2 year experience in living here I’ve experienced stolen packages, trash left outside the neighbors doorway for days, being charged for another Internet provider that I don’t even use, not able to use the swimming pool because of key fob issues, not being able to use Dwelo because of the equipment issues, the gym equipment being broken beyond use at times, the smell of marijuana coming through my vents every day, my vehicle being broken into with items stolen, unknown people trying to get into my apartment, my car was towed twice by accident, Watermarks & cracks in the ceiling and mold in the cabinets showing that the apartments are very aged and out of date. I can only hope & pray for a change in living in these conditions while paying an increased rental amount because of being on a fixed income!
Tried to ignore the roaches but they continue to pop up no matter how clean you keep your home. Walls are thin. Very noisy loud neighbors upstairs and the smell of weed seeps throughout your entire apartment. Staff is very nice though.

Very unsafe. Two fatal shootings in six weeks. Gunshots all the time. Roaches everywhere, trash never picked up. Please don’t live here.
Property Manager at Radbourne Lake Apartments, Responded To This Review
I'm sorry to hear that you've been struggling with pests, however, the rest of your review is misleading. The information you've shared about the recent events is not entirely accurate. Please get in touch when possible. Alyssa - District Manager - (704) 327-5964
Lived out 13 month lease term, all the while counting the days until I could move. 1-bed basement unit, lake facing. Issues ranged from frequent pest control and maintenance issues to noise disturbances all hours of the night and day from neighbors. I worked from home due to the pandemic. I wish I had followed my rule to never live in a basement apartment, and never will again nor near a body of water. Being awoken at 1 or 2 am by upstairs neighbors loudly carrying on in one room while playing tv in two would sandwich my bedroom in noise ???? I literally had to speak to them myself to get real results! Although the noise issue never completely resolved it did greatly improve after I went to the source instead of through the leasing office. I was afflicted by various manner of bugs, literally from day one! Ants were there to greet me at move in and outstayed myself, slugs made a frequent appearance, with special appearances from worms, crickets and a couple of roaches. I never saw mice but I trust those mouse traps were put by someone for a reason (after my tour). I literally witnessed slugs crawl in through cracks beneath the sliding glass doors. A baby snake ?? even made it's way in no doubt through one of the cracks. Anything maintenance did fix they applied a band-aid fix. For instance, instead of placing a plate around the loose shower head they spackled it back in place. Naturally the shower head came loose again within a matter of weeks. In short, every negative review on here is accurate and I will forever regret not believing those reviewers who tried to warn me. Forever.
I love living here. The green spaces, friendly neighbors, friendly staff and great location make it ideal. I really love my apartment, it’s got bones. Very well built.
Staff is great and responsive to everything in a timely manner.
Radbourne lake is a nice place to live. The office and maintenance staff are very nice. They respond to calls very quick and make sure they fix your issue.
Radbourne lake is a nice place to live. I have not had any issue living in the community. office staff have been pleasant people to work with and issues I have had were addressed in a timely manner. Everytime I call about anything I get a response back.
This community is a fair place to live, minus the smell of weed around the area.
Would never recomend this place to anyone due to garbage, drug use and incompetent management, can't wait to leave
The pamphlet and what you get when you move here are two totally different things. I thought I was moving to an area where I could feel safe however, there have been a few times that I have heard gunshots in the complex. I was excited about the pool because that area is beautiful but I was disappointed this summer because the area nor the pool was clean.
its a quite place for those who need a concentration.
Radbourne Lake is a nice complex, surrounded of nature. It is well located, close to the mall, grocery stores, I77, I85 and 485. The apartments are spacious and cozy.
We have been living in this community apartments for almost a year. We feel safe and we like the quietness. We love to be surrounded by trees and green areas. Maintenance staff have been incredibly kind and ready to help.
Place is full of roaches my first day roaches we all over the bathroom door next in the cabinets drawers and in the seams of the carpet. Just horrible!
Very Nice neighborhood... Quiet, clean, and friendly... Im completely in love with my apartment...
Will lie and say they werent aware of apartment issues when first moved in barely there a week and there are dips in the floor all throughout the apartment and all the leasing manager kept saying is had they known it wouldve been fixed prior to move in which is a down right lie. You have to walk the apartment before renting it and you didnt know?! There are so many more issues with these apartments the owners of dogs dont pick up after their dogs, they call themselves fixing things by taking wrong pieces from other apartments and putting it into your apartment. Dont bother with this place unless you want a headache.
I've lived at Radbourne for 1.5 years, and it has steadily gone downhill. Maintenance doesn't respond to requests, and the office staff couldn't care less about resident concerns. My apartment smells like weed at least twice a week from my neighbors, and the management won't do anything about it. Spend your money elsewhere.
I have lived here 3 years and i have never seen so much turn over in my life. This company got rid of everything thay made it worth living here from the maintence guys who knew everyone by name and apartment number to the wonderful leasing consultants. They claim that those peoe moved on to greener pastures but i will say from living here for so long that the joy, community and family feel is gone. I have to remind the new maintenance guy to replace the dog poop bags and clean the garbage. Last time I checked THAT ISN'T MY JOB! They disregard the fact that we have lived there and refuse to work with us in any and every way possible. I miss the old people who were there because they enjoyed their job and even if they were having bad days at least they didnt blatently complain about the residents in the clubhouse while residents and future residents are there! So rude and i have personally heard the comments. No one cares there. I have watched this place decline month by month in the 3 years i have been there and quite frankly i cannot wait to get out of there.
It's in a very nice wooded area, it has a lake and walking trail very nice place to live.
Very nice tree lined complex. Apartments have a nice layout that feel homey. The location is close to everything, grocery and department stores are in walking distance. Medical and dentist offices are close also. The property connects to the Clarks Greenway, great for biking or just an after dinner walk. The management team has always been great, along with maintenance. I've been here for about 2 years now and have no problem recommending this place. If you decide to live here I'm sure you'll enjoy it. I have nothing negative to say about Radbourne Lake Apartments. Eddie
Love living at Radbourne Lakes. The property is beautiful and even though we are close to city it has a warm, country feel. The landscaping is impeccable and the improvements that have been made this year to the pool, pet and community areas have enhanced my living experience. Office personnel are very friendly and keep us informed of changes, updates and events happening on the property. The maintenance personnel continue the trend with being above board. They are very friendly and helpful and I've also noticed that service calls get handled in a timely manner and to satisfaction. I would recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a great place to live!
Love the apartment. Mostly quiet family's. Though I will say I have been here a month and I have had to talk to the management company 3 times cause they did not fix issues or was rude. The property manager is rude and cares none for your issues. Her assistants are great. I would recommend anyways.
