Radian

The radian is a great place to live. The location is very convenient, especially being right in the center of Boston with easy access to a lot of things like the Public Garden, Seaport… It’s been a joy living here.

Overall, lovely building to live! Great location, big windows that let in lots of daylight and views and clean community! Concierge needs to be improved though.

Convenient location and a nice gym, but the leasing team is unprofessional and slow to resolve issues. Overall it’s a good deal if you get a well-maintained apartment right away but becomes a nightmare if there’s something that needs to be fixed.

Moving out of the Radian building after 1 year. Decided to move due to high rent increase and the frustrating air conditioning situation this year. It is not luxury living to have the building A/C cooling tower drained too early taking away residents control of a basic living perk (a cool apartment).

Radian is a great community in downtown Boston. I proudly call it home. :)

Radian is conveniently located, modern, safe, and I love the views from my windows! Highly recommended.

Great location and clean new apartments with good views in general. No outdoor space and rent goes up too much every renewal. Building staff are mostly friendly and helpful but seem to revolve every year.

I have been a resident of Radian for over 5 years. Our building is centrally located, private and secure. The staff are professional, friendly and helpful. Radian is located right along the beautiful Rose Fitzgerald Kennedy Greenway. I love sitting in the red chairs to read during the Summer months.

I love it here! My apartment is beautifully equipped, thoughtfully designed, and quiet. The location is perfect and the staff is always ready for any of my needs.

The leasing / building management staff have been great to work with while considering the property and throughout the move-in process. Very pleased with the decision to choose Radian!

Friendly staff, nice amenities, but with room to improve. Lobby area needs to be spruced up.reservation system needs to be more transparent and instantaneously to ease the planning.

We have had a number of issues since moving in last July and both the maintenance and management teams are completely incompetent. When we first moved in there was an issue with the master bathroom toilet and my roommate’s room smelled of sewage for over a month before the maintenance team finally realized that the toilet needed to be replaced. Then our washing machine started smoking and almost caught fire while doing laundry, a whole load of clothes was ruined and management made it out to be a huge inconvenience on our part. Throughout our stay the concierge continues to leave both of the locked doors wide open throughout the day and sometimes as late as 10pm resulting in little to no security as anyone can enter the building. I park in the garage which is only to be accessed by residents and they left the garage door wide open for 2 weeks and I had an encounter with a random person who parked there and claimed to think it was public parking. There was zero communication from management about a repair or any reason why the door would be left open for such an extended period of time, and again results in compromised security. Finally, we had an issue this past weekend where our fire alarms were past warranty and became faulty and were going off sporadically. There is supposedly 24/7 maintenance for the building but we contacted them at 8pm and heard nothing. They continued to go off and no one was answering the number that is provided to us so we were forced to call the fire department. They came and confirmed that the alarm was faulty and needed to be fully replaced immediately and confirmed that the building was responsible for sending someone out right away (this was at 1am). No one answered the phone no matter how many times we called and we were forced to listen to the alarms all night resulting in a sleepless night. The next morning we contacted management to have someone sent up right away at 8am and they told us the maintenance workers had just arrived and would be up in a minute because our issue was top priority. They didn’t show up until 10am, 2 hours later. Everyone we have brought these issues to has been very rude and refuses to hear us out. They have twisted the situations to make it seem like we are making a big deal out of nothing. This has been by far the worst experience and every person who works for this building and management company has no concern for the residents.

I would highly reccomend anyone who is thinking about moving into the buildling take a tour. I was hooked after my first walk through. The staff are all very helpful and welcoming. I love living in the buildling.

I am very satisfied with my building, tenants and management. The community areas are cleaned often and staff are friendly!

The management operates as Churchill Living based in Passaic NJ and Global Luxury Suites. They are deceptive and dishonest people and you'd be wise NOT to do business with them!!! They most likely post their own glowing reviews because their policies shift with the wind and as a company they do not respect the law.

This is an upscale building where the concierge knows your name, the leasing team checks in on you, and attention is paid to every detail of the experience (speaking of paid...this place isnt cheap). Facilities are top-notch, and you pay for it. The cost is worth it to me, though, because of the convenience, security, and luxury. Will definitely renew my lease.

This is one of those once in a lifetime buildings. When you come around the corner at Essex street and see the entry way, you know you're home. The front concierge area is always well lit and inviting. They are always there to open the door for you and welcome you home with water, and an apple, or sometimes other treats... When the building turned 1 year-old everyone celebrated with a cupcake from Georgetown cupcakes. The gym is better than any membership can provide, and the staff is helpful to your needs. When you get to your floor you will find it is filled with similar people to yourself, and warm inviting neighbors that are happy to call Radian Home. When you venture out into the neighborhood you are greeted by a terrific Chinatown experience, with some of the best Chinese food, dumplings, and cakes and the dumpling place Ming Tsai said was 'the Best place he'd ever eaten.' South station and NYC are steps from your front door via train, and the theater district is a short walk toward Boston Common. This truly is one of the most well located buildings you will ever live in, and you won't regret moving here.
