We apologize for the lack of responsiveness from our leasing team when you moved in. We take this very seriously, and will make sure to address it with the team to improve our communication moving forward. Regarding the elevator, we are currently waiting on a part that is on backorder. We’ve made every effort to keep residents informed about the situation, but we understand how frustrating this must be. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience and are doing everything we can to get the elevator back up and running as soon as possible for you and all residents. Please feel free to use any of the other three elevators, as they are available for your convenience. We will also follow up with our maintenance team to understand what happened with the issues you raised at move-in. This is certainly not the experience we want to provide, and will ensure these concerns are addressed immediately.
