We’ve lived in the Radiant for a month now and it’s been such a disappointing experience. To begin with leasing was a headache, it was near impossible to get ahold of the leasing agent to answer questions. An elevator has been down the whole month. When we moved in to our apartment we had to put in maintenance requests because the main light in the kitchen was literally falling apart and 2 others were out, and we couldn’t get the immediate WiFi advertised. There are stains on the carpet and broken fridge drawers. We can hear every step our neighbor takes in the apartment above us. We also had an issue with their surround sound rattling our apartment. Dogs barking constantly. I brought this up but the leasing office hasn’t been much help, they’re still impossible to get ahold of and are rarely downstairs. We have been charged more than what was discussed at move in & are still waiting on a resolution. There’s frequently homeless outside making it feel unsafe. Not “luxury” at all.

There has been a lot of delayed maintenance for the community (broken elevator for over two months, a shattered exterior door feels unsafe) making the community lose some of its luxury feel and also makes the rent feel less worth it. That being said, most of the staff are super helpful and the community events are well organized.

I love my apartment, the location and the amenities that are offered here at Radiant. Plus I can’t get over the downtown and mountain virws!! I highly recommend if you’re looking for a great location with walkability to parks, cafes and even the Rockies games!

Everyone here is so nice and I really enjoy all of the amenities. The pool is so cute, the grills on the sky deck come in handy, and I love my apartment, too! Parking is a breeze which is a huge plus.

Everything has been great so far! Residents and radiant staff have all been super friendly. The building is super pet friendly and the pet spa is a great amenity!
Love the people and the staff here! The amenities are top tier and elevators, hallways and outdoor areas are cleaned weekly. Highly recommend radiant.
As another review noted, they screw you over in the move out process. I moved in back in 2019 and paid a non refundable deposit which was an option then but no longer is. After moving out, settling my final balance, and CONFIRMING with management that the final transaction would be a $25 overcharge they owed back to me (and conveniently still haven't paid three months later), they're now trying to charge $500 against a non existent deposit. There were no emails, calls, or written communication informing me of the balance. I moved out on May and my first notice of this was three days ago. I lived here for a few years and had it not been for their continually running 4-8 week rent free "special" would never have resigned. The fact that they constantly have to offer rent concessions should be a sign itself. The management is horrible and personnel are constantly rotating in and out. The garage, code/key access system, and elevators work maybe 50% of the time. And the worst part is, on top of your own units WiFi and electricity, you'll pay an additional $120-140 per month for building utilities. You can also expect either your bike stolen or car broken into if you utilize the garage. I cannot stress enough to avoid renting here. Take it from someone who stayed for a few years and saw how frequent the problems were and how many residents were taken advantage of. EDIT: After posting I went back and looked at more reviews. -all of the complaints from 2+ years ago...poor management, residents getting taken advantage of, overpriced and constantly broken common area amenities, unpleasant neighborhood, etc. are all still valid.

Great place to live for me location wise. Just had some issues after move in, the kitchen sink wasn’t cleaned out so there was a lot of actual trash in it and we did have a building wide water and heat outage for over a week my first week moving in, right in the middle of winter. Definitely would’ve made the experience better if they compd the rent, they said they would but never did. Overall don’t think it’s worth the price

Overall has been a great place to live, clean, all appliances work, and work orders are completed quickly. I have been at this complex for over 2 years and enjoyed it.
I'm so disappointed with the mess we moved into. The apartment is great, but it looks like there was 0 energy put into making the space move in ready. Our blinds are stained, burned and ripped. Our fridge water didn't work, stains in the shower, oven uncleaned, every drawer in the fridge was broken, carpet coming up at corners and it looks like who ever painted the place just didn't bother with painters tape. There is paint everywhere. Incredibly disappointed, especially considering the rent.

Radiant has been a great place to live, everyone who works here is very helpful & kind. Ive ran into a few issues where neighbors were not taking care of the amenities in & outside of the apartments but i think it got resolved fairly quickly.
Everyone I’ve met has been extremely friendly. The staff is always helpful. My apartment is comfortable and rent has been reasonable. The location near downtown is extremely convenient and the surrounding area feels safe.
Lived in the building for 3 years, love all the amenities and the community. The management was rocky for the first year but they figured it out and the current management have been great. Only complaint is that the grills could better upkeep. All around great place!
i love it here so far. this building has beautiful views and a great pool area. i also love all of the community events hosted each month. communication with staff can be a little slow.

Management has been a blessing. Maintenance was in my unit same day to fix my hot water shortage. Love the community and am happy to call this place home!

I absolutely adore living at Radiant! The amenities are top notch, my living space has all the features I was looking for, and the view from the 5th floor outdoor area can't be beat. Great location, great community, and overall the best place I've lived.

Radiant is my favorite place I've lived so far! Great amenities, friendly staff and good community. And great location close to downtown Denver
The staff is amazing and really work to meet with your every need! They are very attentive and caring My boyfriend and I just moved in together, he was experiencing an issue in his old apartment and the staff at radiant worked with him to fix the problem and eventually help him move apartments! They are great!
The first couple months in my new apartment have been nothing short of amazing. The residents are very friendly, staff is very helpful and the common areas are always kept very clean.
Overall good community. Could be better with upkeep and cleaning but the apartments are nice and modern. Amenities sometimes have issues with too much downtime but are generally in good repair and reasonably kept.

AMAZING BUILDING! Great maintenance staff but front desk and leasing staff leave something to be desired. Their customer service is terrible! Amenities are super nice but for how much traffic the pool gets only have 4 usable chairs just doesn’t cut it. Gym always gets super packed too.

This place is great. The staff is amazing. Maintenance is quick to answer any issues that pop up. The amenities are very luxurious, from the swimming pool and hot tub to the multiple areas to just hang out!

Good staff and team that are open to feedback and suggestions. Building and amenities are nice. Neighborhood can be hit or miss depending on the homeless problem but generally speaking building is secure.

There have been issues with the elevators, and the garage door is no longer functional. Though the property has done a reasonable job at monitoring it, it's still concerning. The staff is amazing! They always meet me with a smile!

Great amenities and love our unit! We have lived here for 3 years now and are happy that we chose the radiant as our home. Only negative is that there currently isn’t any security which is risky with the amount of unhoused individuals in the area.

Radiant is a super nice apartment community with some of the best amenities in the city. There’s a monthly social event hosted by the apartment life folks that live in the building. My move-in was a little rough since they forgot to set aside my fob for me and the online system wouldn’t let me sign the lease for a while. The walls are sorta thin so you can hear a lot of your neighbors which is unfortunate. Other than that I’ve really liked living here, especially compared to the suburbs
