Property Ratings at Radnor Crossing
This place is great to have familyd as the rents for 2 bedroom apartments are low or at least they were low in 2015. walkable to the grocery store(giant). though the buildings are old and leaks and bugs come. On occasions mice. if you have a tight budget and a family this should be good if not go look somewhere else

Lived here since January. The location is good & nearby park & grocery. But the buildings are very old, flooring keeps making noise while walking. Things keeps breaking every months. For example: in just 6 months, following things broke: my closet doors, sliding door, bathroom lock, balcony railing, kitchen cabinet door. Very poor construction. Also the leasing office manager was very mean while lease signing & tricked us into higher rent, backing off on the lower rent we agreed.

Massive parking shortage. They will tow you if you park illegally (there is no other option within a mile).
Radnor Crossing Apartments has everything I was searching for, and SO much more! Great location, up to date amenities, plenty of room, very friendly staff, and amazingly quick maintenance service - I forgot my key and they unlocked the apt. for me within 5 minutes. NICE! Oh, did I mention that this is a free courtesy service for residents. It's definitely 'HOME' for me. I found it on apartments.com. It's a quick and easy site to use, and made an otherwise stressful task enjoyable. Win-Win. Thank you!
I cannot say enough good things about Radnor Crossing. I have been living here in a two bedroom for just over a year and I could not be happier with my decision to live here. The apartments themselves are very nice. All are fully carpeted with patios/balconies and with LOTS of space for storage in closets and a storage unit assigned to each apartment. My roommate and I have are big pack rats but we still don't use all of our closet/storage unit space. The front office staff are all such nice people who are always willing to help you with whatever you need. The maintenance staff are also fantastic, and they fulfill all types of service requests promptly and professionally. Perhaps one of the best parts of this complex is the fact that it is right next to Giant, Smashburger, Bed Bath & Beyond, Micro Center, and other businesses. It is hugely convenient to not have to get in the car and drive to do the majority of my errands or go out to dinner. The complex is just a 10 minute walk from the nearest train station, and it is close to downtown Wayne, King of Prussia, and Philadelphia. There are a few college/graduate students who live at the complex, but the rest of the residents are primarily families and couples. All residents are very friendly and it is an overall quiet and peaceful complex with a very nice pool. I highly recommend this complex to people of all ages.
Good apartment close to Villanova University. Calm condominum with nice neighbours. Next to the Gian supermarket and close to bars on Wayne. Good relationship between rent price to square meters space.
The apartments in this complex are large and full of space, the construction is mostly wooden, so it might get a little noisy if your neighbors upstairs walk heavily. Flooring material is carpet (except for the kitchen and bathrooms), there is plenty of wardrobe space and a little deposit in the basement for each apartment. AC and heating units are central and work smoothly. However, they are not incredibly efficient, so be prepared for high electric and gas bills. Water service is awesome, always hot an with great pressure. Common areas are well maintained and clean most of the time, parking space is decent, it get a little crowded sometimes though. The administration has utility maintenance crew taking care of any issue that you could have, so that´s a plus. Location is an issue if you do not own a car, the closest train stations are at least 10 minute walking and there's not really good sidewalks in the area. There's is a supermarket open 24/7 at walking distance, that's definitely a positive aspect of the place.
I have lived in my apartment for 5 1/2 at Radnor Crossing Apartments in Wayne (Saint Davids), PA. I love it! We each have our own private balcony/patio. We have a great pool open from Memorial Day Weekend until after Labor Day Weekend. We also have a tennis court and 24 hour gym. You can get a 1 or 2 bedroom with a washer/Dryer or without. Each Garden style building has it's own storage/Laundry room. So you have your own private locked Storage walk in and washers and dryers for $1.75 for each load. We have 24 hour maintenance on site. The maintenance crew is a great group of guys who go out of their way to service the residents. We are in walking distance of The Radnor Twp. Walking/jogging/biking trail. We have a free driving range for golfers directly across from the entrance to our complex. We are in walking distance of SEPTA Regional and Local trains. We are in walking distance of downtown Wayne, which is loaded with quaint and unique shops and spectacular restaurants and movie theater. The complex is so quiet and private, yet we have a bustling shopping center directly in front of us, complete with a Giant Supermarket, TJ Maxx, Home Goods, Bed Bath and Beyond and even more restaurants. There are great move in specials offered for new residents. We are a mile away from Villanova University and a quarter mile from major interstates, such as 76 and 476. We are 3 miles from the King of Prussia Mall and Valley Forge National Park. I highly recommend Radnor Crossing Apartments to anyone looking for a great apartment community.
This apartment complex is situated close to major highways and roadways that make it easier to get into the city and neighboring suburbs, but also in an area that does not have much traffic or noise in front of the building. Neighborhood is safe and the tenants are friendly and quiet. Great place for families and for young working professionals. It's an easy walking distance to a small shopping area that includes stores such as Bed, Bath and Beyond, Giant and Home Goods. The only drawback is the lack of parking spaces in the lot.
Radnor Crossing Apartments are conveniently located and have a friendly staff. Additionally, and perhaps most importantly, it is within walking distance to the Radnor Bike/Walking path.
My girlfriend and I have been living at Radnor Crossing in Wayne, PA for about 6 months. The apartment is in a fantastic location! It is in a great area and close to everything (including public transportation)! There is even a Giant grocery store that connects to the complex! The park across the street is great for golfers and there is even a bike path on the other side of the park! Rent is low in comparison to the city of Philadelphia (Wayne is about 25 minutes from the city), and if you lease at the right time you can even get this great spot at a steal! The apartments are a good size, with an open floor plan, and there is lots of sunlight! There is even a balcony/patio! Each building in the complex is only 3 floors with 4 apartments per floor (although 1 is the laundry room... yes each building has a laundry room)! Parking is free to residents as well which is a huge plus. The complex has a pool that is free to residents and there are tennis courts! The apartment is absolutely perfect in terms of its location and amenities! The only reason I am not giving it a perfect rating is the complex itself is a little old and the apartments need a little more fixing/upkeep than others I have lived in. However, most or all work done to your unit will be free to the tenant and the maintenance crew could not be quicker or nicer! You can not go wrong here and if you do not live here, you probably should.
Pros: Very Nice Area - Clean & renovated Apartments - Nice Facilities - Quite community- Great place for professionals - Everything is great - Maintenance team are really nice and helpful - Office Staff are helpful Try to get the units with washer & Dryer and renovated kitchen/Bath - that would be nicer. Cons: Parking is sometimes full, but you can find spot after a short time.
I am a new visiting scholar to united states, and we choice this area because the school district in provide a full day program for my kindergarten age daughter. We are satisfied with the apartment and the manage service. Highly recommend.
I like this place. We have been living here for a little over a year. Close enough to shops but far enough from the hustle and bustle of city life.
This is the perfect place to live. The apartments are spacious but cozy. The kitchen is the perfect size and every apartment has a porch. Management is super nice and always responsive & good people. I love that I can walk to the grocery store and some nice eateries and Radnor Trail is right next door. There is a beautiful swimming pool and tennis courts. I don't want to leave!! love it here.
The apartment was reconditioned prior to our occupancy. A poor job was done. For example, new doors were installed but , the old poorly painted over hinges were used. The bow on the main wall in the living room is so severe that we were unable to install our shelving which had been used in both of our previous apartments in this complex. The new appliances are the cheapest available. However, we are comfortable here. Each morning, we are greeted by the sun shining in through our picture window. The in-house washer and dryer are a great convenience which saves us trips up and down the stairs and the expenditures of many quarters. The maintenance people are top notch; a great asset to management. The pool is beautifully maintained. the exercise room is finally well equipped. We use it regularly. It does need some closer monitoring for the supplies like water, cups, and sanitary machine wipes. Overall, we are happy tenants.
