Property Ratings at Radnor Preserve
The apartments are well appointed and spacious. The outdoor space with grills and firepits is a bonus. There is ample parking, and the grounds are well maintained. I really like the location and being steps away from the Radnor Trail. The onsite property management and maintenance staff are very helpful and professional. This is my 6th year living at Radnor Preserve and counting. Definitely recommend it!
My family and I lived in this apartment building for almost 2 years. The property managers and maintenance staff were excellent and super responsive. The apartments and ground are pristine, clean and spacious. We also loved the proximity to Wayne and the Radnor trail. We had such a wonderful experience living here, it is a gem in Radnor!
They didn’t return our deposit and charged me 10% more monthly after a year of leasing. They also charged me for additional two months after evacuating the apartment and reported my information to a credit collector. Don’t recommend them at all. So happy to move from there!
