Violence & poor maintenance

This is the worst place anybody could think of living in unless you absolutely have nowhere else to go. I've seen so many fights go down that I lost count. Do not move here! You will regret it if you do.

This place is AWFUL!

Nothing gets fixed inside the apartment, the landlords are extremely nosy. They only fix the outside to get people to move in and once you’re in, they won’t fix nothing in your house. It’s high in price just for the inside to look terrible. These are roach-infested apartments! The landlady is in EVERYONE’S business, she will talk about you and tell your business to other tenants. She will make up a lie about you to put you out, then say “Steve” told her to do it. The maintenance man will do anything to make himself seem hard working. He will go out in the heat and sweat, to make himself look like he’s been doing a lot of work. I DO NOT recommend staying in this apartment complex. Especially if you have kids! The landlady will yell at your children, even babies. And the children aren’t even allowed to ride their bikes/scooters on the patio. She rather them play in the parking lot where there are cars coming in and out. They have cameras, they will watch your every move. They say the cameras are “for our safety” as an excuse to spy on us and listen to our conversations. Very unprofessional!

Rainbow Apartments

I have never see an Apartment Complex that takes pride and care of their apartments like our Landlords do .Mr. Donnie and Mrs. Margie. At the crack of morning Mr. Donnie is doing yard work picking trash from the yard. These Landlords take pride in their apartment complex they are kind , attentive to your needs . Something goes wrong inside your apartment they are right here. This is the place to be. Mr. Donnie is not only our Landlord but a jake all kind they both even hung my curtains for me . I have never found the help that these landlords do for you . l . Thank you Mr.Donnie and Mrs. Margie for make a home here . Your reputation goes far . . Mr. Donnie and his wife Mrs. Margie. Thank you for being the Landlords you are . Come move in here . Its fantasic here . Their fantasic couple ?? love you guys . ?? Thank you for giving me an opportunity to call this my home .
