Worst. Place to live no parking for guest. And the management is a joke
My apartment is located in the far back corner of a gated community in Western Las Vegas. The landscaping is that of a tree-lined quiet neighborhood, a rarity in the city. All is quiet, cozy and clean. I have an enclosed private patio on which I BBQ every night. My living room is 14 x 17 and my bathroom is 9 x 8! Am I at the Bellagio!?
In my eyes, this is the perfect apartment complex to live in. It doesn't feel like I live in an apartment, feels like I live in a condo. The grounds are very well maintained. The staff is very friendly and very easy to work with. The apartment building is very nice, single story apartment building with a 2 car garage attached. All hard wood floors with a fireplace in the living room. I also have an awesome fenced off patio area. Very nice place to live.
I've lived here for 4 years, in a one story 1 bedroom with den. These are the most spacious, quiet and well insulated apartments you will ever find in Las Vegas. These units are more like townhouses, and have their own attached garage. Some have a lot larger patio area so choose your unit carefully. :)
