Boone High Country Rentals offers a wide variety of apartment living close to App State University and our portfolio of properties pre-lease very quickly! Please contact us to fill out an online application if you are interested in one of our properties for the 2019-2020 leasing year. The Rainbow Trail Duplexes are located only minutes from New Market Center shopping, Downtown Boone, and ASU, but offer a quiet location off a main road with woods in the backyard, decks, and a PETS WELCOME policy. 474 B Upper had new paint throughout in August of 2017 and the kitchen was renovated in spring of 2019. The new kitchen consists of new stainless appliances, new laminate flooring, new cabinets, new sink and faucet, and new countertops. Each unit has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The floorplan is split, with two bedrooms and one bathroom on each side. There is a shared living area with a kitchen with a bar area. AWESOME back deck space for each unit and you look out onto green space. Washer and dryer included in the unit. Utilities are responsibility of the tenant. Units will have updated paint for an August move-in! Perfect space to have friends as neighbors! Ample parking. This fee is per unit, in order to reserve the unit/bedroom we have offered you, as well as create your lease and establish your Online Tenant Portal. This fee must be paid before the creation of your lease will begin.
